Exploration On Goal-directed Interaction Design Method-Design Of Large Hospital Indoor Navigation

The large hospitals in China tend to be complicated in architectural structure,which has huge amount of admissible patients.With the expansion of large hospitals and the academic development,the clinical major has detailed labor division and more complicated department setting.Meanwhile,with the economic development and the improvement of living standard,people have increasingly higher requirements as to the service quality provided by the hospital.People demand to find the target place accurately and highly efficiently when seeking medical advice.But it is found in the investigation that people are easy to lose direction when finding ways in large hospitals.Even if there are floor plans and department guidance set indoors,many people consume unnecessary time in going to see a doctor,reducing their efficiency.As a result,the thesis proposes that there needs indoor guide navigation for large hospitals in China as the communication bridge between the hospital environment and people.At present,the indoor navigation is still in the initial stage.Mobile outdoor navigation has been widely used by people.However,due to the difference of them in using environment and needed technology,the interaction design of indoor navigation needs further study.The thesis proposes reasonable suggestions to the study and research of indoor guide in large hospitals of China through interaction design over indoor guide of large hospitals with goal-directed interaction design method.
