Marine winch are widely used in the underwater towed system,underwater robot,ocean drilling,ocean pipeline laying,deep-sea oil and gas resources exploration and development process such as Marine work environment.With the development of Marine resources,it becomes more and more important to have the offshore winch with independent intellectual property rights.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different mechanical structure schemes of Marine winch,this paper designs the general scheme of Marine winch machinery system.According to the general scheme of ocean winch,all parts of the winch are designed.For the design in this paper which has the function of the active heave compensation Marine winch,moment of inertia of drum is affecting Marine winch active heave compensation function realization of the key factors,this paper has carried out to reduce the moment of inertia of Marine winch drum for the target structure optimization design of the study.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,he overall structure of different types of Marine winch,the main drive system,cable system and the advantages and disadvantages of the mechanical system through the analysis and comparison,based on the requirement of the design of the specific condition of Marine winch and the manufacturing cost considerations,the Marine winch mechanical system overall scheme is designed.Secondly,according to the general scheme of Marine winch machinery system,the structure of all parts of Marine winch is designed in detail,including roller selection,structural dimension calculation and strength checking;The transmission ratio calculation,fixed gear design,torque check,motor and reducer selection;The design of cable,screw and guide rail in the cable system of ocean winch.The static strength and stiffness of the drum and cable system components are calculated and analyzed by using the finite element software Ansys.The results show that the designed parts can meet the requirements of strength and rigidity.Third,in this paper,the design with the function of the active heave compensation of Marine winch,moment of inertia of drum is the key factors influencing the winch active heave compensation function,according to the Marine winch drum structure design in this paper,in the cylinder structure under the premise of size,strength and stability,established the Marine winch to him as the moment of inertia of the smallest optimization model using Matlab software to optimize to solve,and obtained the optimal roller structure size.
