City Road road within parking resources is has competitive and not has exclusive of public resources,its reasonable using and relative fair of reasonable distribution is city traffic management of important work one of,with city motor vehicle especially minivan keep volume of fast increased,road within parking behavior on road dynamic traffic of normal run constitute has important effect,and road within parking resources of reasonable distribution is road road within parking management of difficulties and focus.In order to allocate parking resources,alleviate contradictions between parking and road traffic,the domestic prices of most city parking charges were widely used management measures,through reasonable parking fees policy effective regulation of curb parking.But for parking fees adjustment and the development of the park features and parking changes,domestic little comparative study and evaluation for effectiveness of policy implementation is lack of rational judgment.In order to strengthen the management of urban road side parking,on December 1,2014 in the city of Nanning city parking prices have been adjusted(to raise prices),this study is based on the background of price-adjusted rates of expansion.The research through,Nanning city,parking management system and artificial questionnaire survey of method,carried out has parking charges price adjustment Qian of parking features and parking driving people questionnaire survey as baseline survey(BaseLine Survey,BLS)and parking charges price adjustment Hou of parking features and parking driving people questionnaire survey as compared survey(Compared Survey,CS),through two times survey,get price adjustment before and after of parking features and driving people questionnaire data.Using SPSS software,integrated application K-S(double sample)test,and utility function theory,and elastic theory and prospects theory,theory tool,in on BLS stage data and CS stage of data for statistics analysis of based Shang,on parking behavior party of behavior for built die analysis,calculation has price adjustment before and after parking total,and parking Shi long,parameter of elastic,calculation has motor vehicle driving people for parking charges standard adjustment of select road within parking behavior of elastic changes features,Prospect theory-based analysis of the motor vehicle driver candidates in return interval interval selected characteristics of public transit and loss changes.Abundant research results through studies,access to the parking characteristics based on price elasticity of demand in Nanning city,flexibility of choice parking behavior and traffic conversion models.By studying the right parking pricing policies on parking and park features a detailed mathematical analysis of the impact of,and for the further improvement of parking fees set provides technology and meticulous management and decision-making.
