At present,the methods for the investment and management of hydropower engineering mainly are provided with manual collection of data,with the help of office software to make manual tab and carry out processing and sorting out for data.When statistical analysis is required,the management staff mainly spare no effort to the activities of the repeated data collection and processing and sorting out for data.In order to improve the work efficiency of investment and management staff and reduce the work intensity of collection and sorting out for data,this paper carries out demand analysis for the investment and management information system of hydropower engineering construction by summarizing investment and management experience in the process of hydropower development and construction management of Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co.Ltd and combining with the development trends of computer information technology.From the perspectives of the three main design stages of hydropower engineering,this paper,adopting the method of investigation to staff in key business position and combining investment management theories and informatization development model,carries out analysis and study for the problems that needs solving and management demands.According to the design characteristics of every stage,the three-stage mode for investment and management objectives consisting of approved estimates(design estimates),budget management and contract price management are proposed.The connection among investment and management objectives is established by information system.The project is divided into three stages for investment comparison framework on the basis of the design estimates and formulation regulations of hydropower engineering in order to achieve investment comparison analysis of three stages with the same caliber and level,which aims at solving the difficulty in collecting investment information and achieving automatic data collection and automatic analysis function,and avoiding duplication of statistical analysis work to achieve data sharing,real-time and visual display of results.In order to solve the problem of repeated sorting out for data in investment management and statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the requirements for the threestage data collection of investment and management in the chapter of the analysis of functional system requirements.The data format of the budget information,contract information,settlement information,investment plan and investment statistics is standardized,and the standardization and standardization of the collection of investment management information are realized.With the help of the information construction of the project management,it has achieved to input only one data to meet the requirements of the statistical analysis,and reduce the additional data collection work of investment management personnel as far as possible.After the system analysis for information and management requirements,this paper carries out design for the planning and construction of the budget management,contract management,investment plan management and relevant business procedure of investment management module,and analyzes the relationship between investment management module.In the module design,it is possible to make the prior investment management based on the management of engineering quantity by strengthening the management function of the quantity of project.According to the requirements of company's investment and management,finally this paper carries out design for information query forms required in daily management,investment plan form,statistical investment forms and comparative investment analysis forms.It realizes the function that the investment statistics and analysis results are generated by system automatically,which is provided with data support for decisionmaking of every item in the process of construction.
