Investment Analysis Of Sanghe Ⅱ Hydropower Station

With the implementation of the “One Belt,One Road” national strategy,the number of overseas hydropower project investment projects has increased year by year;compared with domestic hydropower project investment,overseas projects have different investment characteristics.This paper combines the implementation of Cambodian hydropower project to carry out the overseas project investment analysis.This paper has carried out project investment feasibility analysis from the aspects of investment potential,power market space,ecological environment,policy support,engineering construction conditions,etc.;according to the domestic hydropower project budget calculation standard analysis and calculation,combined with the special situation of Cambodia,the project was determined.The main technical and economic indicators;through the investment cost,operating efficiency,investment sensitivity,profitability and other aspects of the project have been analyzed and evaluated.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the necessary investment financing scheme,innovatively proposes the direct rent model of prepaid rent;the investment control measures in the construction management process from the intensive design stage of investment control,equipment and materials use international multimodal transport,adhere to the tender The contractor was introduced to strictly control the construction quality,and the measures taken in five aspects,including strict engineering change and claim management,were analyzed in detail.The opportunities and countermeasures for the investment income guarantee of the project were analyzed in light of the local conditions.From the results of investment analysis,the economic indicators of the sanghe Hydropower Station are better,with better economic and investment returns,and the investment risk is controllable.Through the implementation of this project,it has effectively saved engineering investment and created good economic benefits;it provides a case study for domestic enterprises to invest inoverseas hydropower projects.
