Research On Small City Block Commercial Building Planning

With the development of new urbanization and other policies in our country,the economy and scale of small cities are developing rapidly,and people’s living standards are constantly improving,The demand for business is also increasing,and some commercial real estate is gradually moving to the third and fourth lines and below,among which the commercial development model of block form is becoming more and more common in small cities.Early planning and late design are important factors for the success of small city commercial street.However,due to the development of architectural planning in China,Designers only through simple site research to guide the completion of architectural design,or blindly imitate successful cases,but can not adapt to the characteristics of local consumption,resulting in the failure of the project.Under the above background,the author thinks that it is necessary to introduce architectural planning research in the development of small urban block commercial projects.In this paper,small-city block-style commercial building planning is selected as the research direction,This paper expounds the related concepts of small city and block commercial building planning,and the research status of commercial street and architectural planning at home and abroad,and combs the framework of the article.Then it puts forward the development course of block type commerce in our country and the present situation of small city commercial street development,and clarifies the procedure and method of small city block type commercial building planning on the basis of architectural planning theory.And select the relevant cases to study and summarize,combined with the characteristics of small cities to put forward the theoretical and methodological steps of architectural planning,that is,goal determination,condition investigation,space conception,technical conception and economic planning,On the basis of the theory of architectural planning,this paper takes the architectural planning of Silk Road Commercial Street in Wu Gong County as an example to carry out the planning practice of small commercial buildings,which provides an example basis for the planning of small urban block commercial buildings.Through data summary and field investigation,and combined with the theoretical basis of domestic architectural planning,this paper summarizes the work flow and key points of planning for small urban block commercial buildings in China.It provides a reference for the development of block commercial projects in small cities in China.
