Research On The Renewal Of Urban Community Public Space From The Perspective Of Everyday Life

During the transition period,the society gradually entered the stable period,and the development of various fields tended to be gentle,and the construction of cities gradually changed from incremental expansion to inventory.The renewal of the old city has become a new growth point of the urban economy.In the old city community renewal,also accompanied by the community public space renewal.In this social context,the government and the capital of the "urban growth coalition",excessive pursuit of economic interests and achievements,and ignore the old city residents’ daily life details,ignore the residents of real life,the commercialisation lead to community public space,causing social isolation,losing its inherent value source.Community public space is an important place for residents’ daily life and communication,and also an important carrier of community culture.This article returns to the citizen’s Angle,examines the urban community’s renewal from the perspective of daily life.The daily life theory has two research perspectives: the macro perspective focuses on the allocation of resource relations and the research of social processes,while the micro perspective focuses on the construction of subjects,activities and space.This article USES the macro perspective,the introduction of the concept of space production,the research community public space to update the production process and the update mechanism,investigation and study of each main body of production production motivation and strategies,find out the issues of update in the space;At the same time,the spatial production results are analyzed by using the microcosmic perspective.Through macro and micro perspectives of daily life of the community public space renewal process and interpretation of results,probe into its update system and material space design problems,and introduction of a reference from domestic successful case studies,summarized its update model and space design strategy.Finally reconstruct the connotation of the public space from the perspective of daily life,return to citizens,diversity,equality,open,inheriting culture,and from the update mechanism for community public space and material space updated to provide strategy.In the renewal system,the relationship between government force,capital force and social force should be balanced,and the design of public participation system and the cultivation of NGO should be improved.In the aspect of space design,it is necessary to pay attention to the arrangement of the whole node,the combination of business mode and function,the design of space scale,the reproduction of the scene,the provision of facilities,and so on.Community public space update problems,not simply from the perspective of material to solve,we need to dig the driving mechanism behind,went up from fundamental removed,the public space of updates to the real return to its original value.
