The Post-project Evaluation Study About The First Phase Of The Project Of College In Shaanxi Province

The expansion, new construction and rebuilding is common in colleges in China. The scientific as and economical management in colleges requires an effective means of carrying out the reasonable and objective post project evaluation.This paper takes the first phase project of new campus in a college of Shaanxi province as an example and makes the post project evaluation. Based on the tracking of the completed project, the paper makes the comparison and analysis of the post project indicators such as economy, technology and effect that are collected after the project’s completion with the indicators of the project plan, and mainly carries out the evaluations of the a five project implementation stages including the project decision stage, survey and design stage, construction stage, completion acceptance stage and operation stage. At the same time, the paper carries out the in-depth study of the project’s social benefit and economic effects, which belongs to the evaluation in the benefit stage. Then the paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process, and establishes a hierarchy structure model for the first phase project of the new campus, constructs the judgment matrix and finally calculates the success degree of all levels of index as well as the project’s overall success degree. We can know, from the final analysis, the success degree of post project evaluation can reach 90.66, which shows that the project goals have been reached.According to the overall evaluation, the first phase project of new campus in a college of Shaanxi province is successful. At the same time, the evaluation can provide references for the second phase project of new campus in a college of Shaanxi province, and offer a lot of help to the construction and management of the second phase project.
