Although fabricated wall panels are applied at home and abroad,it is undeniable that many problems such as cost,applicability and durability restrict the development of fabricated steel structure in China.In this paper,theoretical and Experimental Research on steel structure residential supporting model of coal gangue wall project of National Natural Science Fund "Youth"(51208332)supported by the combination of a Shanxi demonstration project,the theoretical and Experimental Research on coal gangue composite wallboard for building outer wall and the inner wall of the connecting structure related problems.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the coal gangue panel and the actual engineering requirements,the principle of separation and separation of the internal and external walls is put forward,and the basic assembly units are obtained.(2)For the external wall panel assembly unit,we carried out research on keel layout,panel and keel connection,hoisting and fixing of splicing unit,and carried out energy saving,hoisting and other related checking computations.(3)For the inner wall panel assembly unit,we carried out research on keel layout,panel and keel connection,hoisting and fixing of splicing unit,and carried out energy saving and hoisting related checking computations.(4)The joint treatment scheme for the assembly type coal gangue composite wallboard,the installation scheme of the wall line and the wall electrical control elements are given.(5)in view of the implicit connection scheme of the coal gangue panel and the keel,the theoretical and Experimental Research on the preembedded parts,the preembedded part-the coal gangue concrete and the preembedded part-keel are carried out.The research results of this paper will be applied to the internal and external walls of a demonstration project in Shanxi,and the completion time is expected to be expected in September 2018.
