With the aging of the population and other issues being highlighted,the demand for intelligent nursing bed is increasing.At present,many researchs on intelligent nursing bed are in electric control,which is not very smart.Nursing beds which are sold on the market have many problems,such as few functions,hard to operate,instability and unreliability.An intelligent nursing bed is designed,based on the research of actual demand and products.The main contents are as follows:The demand is analyzed for the controller of intelligent nursing bed.The overall structure of controller of intelligent nursing bed is put forward.Not only does it own basic action and auxiliary function,but also it can control with or without cable.In the hardware platform,the design for many modules such as motor control,cleaning box control,dual serial communication is done,with the STC15F2K60S2 microcontroller as the processor.In the software,the structure and operation process of the control software are expounded by modular thinking and interrupt-query mode.The detailed scheme and stability of power supply module are completed,through the analysis of principle,peripheral parameter configuration,smoothing and electro magnetic compatibility.The anti-interference of the communication signal and the IO control are done,which lead to the stability of controller signal.Both the communication frame structure design and data processing are completed,based on the study of serial port and WiFi communication protocol.The state recognition of multi-frequency square wave is realized by using multiple timers.Meanwhile,key jitter is eliminated with delay sampling.Large numbers of IO control is achieved by matrix scan.All the logic functions are implemented.Based on the specific design scheme,a test platform of control system of intelligent nursing bed is built.Module test and verification are done for the controller.Test is done on the feasibility of modules,which contain wired and wireless communication,button and light control,multiple frequency square wave identification,and matrix IO module.Integrated functions of the entire system are tested,in accordance with the design requirements.All the test results show that the controller of the module and the entire control system functions are achieved,and can be stable and reliable.
