Voltage is one of the important indicators to measure the power quality.When the voltage is too high,too low or deviated from the qualified range,the service life of electrical equipment will be shorten and damaged by over-voltage or over-current.So voltage quality has great impact on safe production and electrical equipment.The main reason affecting the quality of voltage is that insufficient system reactive power supply and unreasonable reactive power distribution.So in the operation of the power system voltage and reactive power adjustment is closely linked.In order to coordinate each distributed power grid reactive power equipment control and improve the quality and stability of Voltage and improve the level of economic management of the whole process.This technology can accomplish monitoring and managing the entire network of reactive voltage.Based on safe and stable operation of power grid,the function of building regional power grid AVC control system is embodied in: ensuring that the voltage and threshold power factor in the qualified range;reducing the reactive power transmission;reducing the active loss caused by reactive current.Based on the analysis of the principle of automatic voltage control,the AVC control strategy is designed.The relation between reactive power balance and voltage change in power system is analyzed.The reactive voltage characteristic curve of reactive power and load is analyzed,and the principle of voltage and reactive power regulation in substation is discussed.The main problems that should be considered in reactive power regulation of Dalian power grid are analyzed,and the effect of transformer and capacitor regulation on reactive power of the system is summarized.The control mode and operation state of substation are analyzed in detail,and the applicable situation,advantages and disadvantages of centralized,decentralized and hybrid three control modes are compared and analyzed.Finally,according to the analysis of the theory and the specific situation in Dalian,the control strategy of AVC system is designed,and the control strategy is applied to the AVC control system of Dalian power grid.Reactive power optimization control at the substation level of Dalian regional power grid is carried out.It discusses the content and method of the data acquisition,the digital filtering,the decision-making and so on in the substation level.It analyzes reactive power optimization control at power plant level.It discusses the control strategy of the electric field generator and the information interaction between the electric field and each sub station.It focuses on the analysis of the county with reactive power and voltage control is designed,combined with the county model,analyzing the mutual function of real-time data transmission and county level between AVC sub station.It introduces the design of reactive power control strategy of AVC system in Dalian power grid.Finally,it compares and analyzes the effectiveness of AVC system in reactive power control in Dalian area.
