The development and progress of the society makes increasingly dependent on electricity,with the new electrical equipment constantly,more and more traditional energy is electricity replaced,so the stability and reliability of power grid is an important guarantee for the development of social support.Distribution automation is one of the methods to construct intelligent and strong power grid.It can improve the reliability of power supply,optimize the operation mode of distribution network,reduce the line loss and reduce the energy consumption.While studying the realization method of distribution automation,it is necessary to study and evaluate his reliability.This paper mainly studies the reliability evaluation and accident treatment of distribution network automation in Dalian.The research will effectively reduce the scope of the impact of failure,shorten the failure time,improve the reliability of the grid.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and operation of distribution network automation in Dalian,and puts forward the relevant indexes of the reliability evaluation of distribution network.It takes full account of the distribution network's own structure,line,substation,power supply and the natural environment.It analyzes the reliability of the grid.It introduces the evaluation theory and method of distribution network reliability.It combines the current situation of Dalian distribution network,and establishes the relevant evaluation model.It combines the historical data to get the reliability evaluation result of Dalian distribution automation.It makes a comprehensive analysis of the reliability of Dalian distribution network automation.Through comparing with the index of the advanced power supply bureau,it has identified its various deficiencies.It points out the deficiencies and corresponding countermeasures in the implementation of distribution automation in Dalian area.Finally,the application of distribution automation in accident processing is analyzed.It analyzes common short circuit faults and ground faults in power grid.In view of these two types of faults,a small current single phase grounding fault location technique is designed to achieve rapid fault location.Based on the current situation of the distribution network in Dalian,the fault flow strategy of multi section distribution network,hand loop distribution network,double injection network,dual fire net and double loop network are put forward.It provides important theoretical support and practical guidance forthe planning,construction and reconstruction of distribution network automation in Dalian area.Finally,the paper analyzes the related effects after the transformation of the distribution network automation,and compares the two aspects of the ground fault and the short-circuit fault before and after the transformation.The comparison shows that the automation of distribution network in Dalian area,in the event of fault line number,the average time of fault location,fault isolation,fault time average average recovery time of Peace Bureau fault area time aspects,have a significant effect.The number of online to reduce the rate of about 50%,while in the fault response time in more than 85%,and greatly reduce the draw fault area,the fault influence the number of users is greatly reduced,can save cost for the distribution network in Dalian area.
