With the development of online shopping is popular with the logistics industry,forklift industry faces huge challenges.But forklift truck door frame system is the key to the forklift work run stress components,the structure design,new materials research and development,stress analysis and optimization of software are improved significant of forklift.This work aimed at domestic forklift industry facing the door frame design efficiency is low,the lack of material selection,structure complicated problems such as system is discussed,through the fork truck door frame design and development of special steel,door frame structure design and validation of software development,mathematics model and method has carried on the comprehensive study of the system.Designed and developed a variety of forklift truck door frame deformed steel,fill in the blank of domestic products,to achieve the 1.5 tons,1.8 tons and 2 tons,4 tons,4.5 tons,5 tons of eight tonnage forklift truck door frame profiles of mold production.Developed a series of profile and cross section size on the mechanical properties of the door frame is superior to existing products on the market at present.Through the door frame structure design points of this paper,the research and development,12 h to 13 j,steel represented by 18 j new section steel and applied to the corresponding tonnage forklift,and carries on the structure stress distribution software validation,extract the key design parameters and concise,implements the fork truck door frame structure integration process of parametric design and CAD drawing.This work enriches the material selection of forklift truck door frame,fork truck door frame design process was optimized,improve the verification efficiency of the door frame structure,thus greatly improve the design efficiency of the forklift truck.
