| Forklift as one of the most important tool for material handling,widely used in logistical system in all walks of life.With the progress of science and technology and the development of market economy,the role of logistics equipment is becoming more and more obvious in the economic development,forklift has been gradually replaced by human handling.With the gradual lack of traditional energy,the land resources and the growing awareness of environmental protection,safe and reliable,environmentally friendly energy-saving.Forklift with high stacking,small turn radius will be favored by the market and more and more customers.Reach forklift is consolidated with bunch of advantages from counter-balanced electric forklift and stacker,with environmental protection and energy saving,low noise,high lifting,small operation space and other characteristics,in line with the future direction of forklift development.Over the next few years,domestic R & D Institutions,enterprises will pay a lot of attention and have big financial investment to further improve the reach truck technology and develop the high-end reach truck.In this paper,the overall scheme,the working principle,the overall dimensions,the determine of performance parameters,the overall calculation,the working principle of each system and the test of 2t stand style and forward type of forklift truck were proceeded for analysis and research.The matching of powder system was discussed from the following aspects,the choice of batteries,walking motors and gearboxes,the calculation of speed and driving force,etc.The rationality of each component part was verified by calculating in the hydraulic system.The analytical calculation of main working device and the experimental analysis of the prototype trials was carried out in this work.The all aspects of development process of stand style and forward type of forklift truck are included in this paper,and this forklift truck has passed the validation trial and began to mass production. |
