Safe and high effective operation of civil airports depends on the airworthiness of airport physical environment.Actually,the larger size and the busier transportation of the airport,the more restrict requirement for the airworthiness.In recent years,many large airports in China have faced many operational and environmental problems,which have posed a serious threat to airport operation safety.Some urban planning systems do not have systematic consideration of that,resulting in contradictions and conflicts between urban construction and airport operation.All this is due to the research and management on comprehensive technical requirements for airworthy environment is weak.Carrying out related research is of great significance and value for realizing the safety and sustainable development of civil aviation airports,and also for achieving the coordinated development of airports and their cities.The research involves three core contents,such as airworthy airport clearance,flight procedure and electromagnetic environment protection.First of all,combined with the airport flight procedure protection system,the research analysis the limitations of "ICAO Annex 14" obstacle limitation surface(OLS),and put forward the method of OLS parameter adjustment,so that the improved OLS can realize the protection of the airport flight procedure more complete.Secondly,the difference between PBN and traditional flight procedure protection area is analyzed and compared.It’s found that not all PBN procedure protection area is smaller than traditional procedure protection area,especially RNAV system without holding functionality in transition stage.Thirdly,based on CRM and combined with the aircraft in case of an engine out under maximum yaw trajectory,the model was modified and a missed approach collision risk model was established.It has given the protection area requirements of departure and missed approach under an engine out.After that,according to the relevant specifications,the electromagnetic environment protection requirements and algorithms of airport navigation equipment are set up.In view of the future development trend of PBN operation,systematical explaination for PBN operation is mentioned in this paper.Finally,in order to facilitate airport,administration and government managing airworthiness of airport physical environment,the comprehensive technical requirement map of physical environment is drawn.It can achieve the intuitive presentation of airport airworthiness requirements.
