The main function of the Serpentine Conveyor is to load and unload passengers' luggage in a safe,efficient and convenient manner from the cargo compartment of the passenger aircraft under the control of the operator.Since the 21 st century,with the continuous improvement of the economic level and the increase in the carrying capacity of civil aviation passenger planes,the number of baggage carried by people has increased day by day,and the size of passenger aircraft cargo holds has also increased.In order to improve transportation efficiency and meet the growing pressure of carrying capacity,now On the basis of the traditional belt conveyor design optimization,a new serpentine conveyor design proposal.Firstly,according to the requirements of general normal conditions and special conditions of airports,the structure of the serpentine conveyor belt is mainly determined for the special structure of the serpentine conveyor belt,and with reference to the existing serpentine conveyor belts,the structural optimization design is carried out on this basis.Stress analysis to determine the overall program.Secondly,after determining the structure of the serpentine conveyor belt,the main advantage of the serpentine conveyor belt is to compare the conventional belt conveyors.The serpentine conveyor belt section is the serpentine conveyor belt section,which includes the unique individual wheel carrier section and extension.There are three major parts,such as the scissors holder section and the transport wheel section.According to the optimized design of the structural program,SOLIDWORKS solid modeling,obtained entities,using MATLAB software and traditional belt conveyor simulation analysis and comparison,and parameterized calculations to verify the feasibility of the new version of the serpentine conveyor belt.Then,ANSYS Workbench software was used to simulate the environment under the actual working conditions of the serpentine conveyor belt,and strength analysis was carried out for each part of the belt to ensure feasibility.Topological optimization analysis was performed on the calculation results,considering the influence of real factors and other factors.The second model is to realize the lightweight treatment of serpentine conveyor belts,while ensuring that the vehicle meets strength requirements and stability requirements.Finally,for the stability analysis of the entire vehicle,the wind resistance performance of the entire vehicle structure of the serpentine conveyor belt will not be affected by the new serpentine conveyor belt structure.
