Research On Airport Security Check Risk Management Based On Process Analysis

In recent years,more and more travelers choose civil aviation as a means of travel,the flow of checked passengers has increased over the years,that causing various airport security accidents to occur frequently.Airport security check is the first line of defense for air defense,and the last barrier for passengers and their carry-on baggage to enter the aircraft,so it is of great importance to carry out risk management research on its process operation.First of all,based on the concept of risk and the concept of risk management,combined with the characteristics of airport security process risk management,this paper gives the definition of connotation of airport security risk management.Secondly,through the analysis of the operation process of security check based on process analysis method,the paper preliminarily obtained 25 airport security risk evaluation indexes by means of textual research and expert interview.After screening,18 risk evaluation indexes were obtained,then we adopted the questionnaire survey method,and combined with statistical method,the index elements of airport security risk evaluation in four aspects of man-equipment-environment-management are determined.After that,comparing five commonly used risk comprehensive assessment methods,this paper selects the method of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy as the risk evaluation method,and take Beijing capital international airport as an example to carry out risk evaluation.Calculating the weight of the factors of criterion layer and index layer,and determining the evaluation matrix constructed by evaluation vectors of experts,the evaluation vector of the overall risk level of airport security was calculate by using hierarchical matrix to quantify the evaluation vector,the results can be found that the overall risk value of the security check process is 62.63,the level of risk is at level III,and the level of risk management needs to be improved.In terms of personnel factors,physical and mental status risk,workload and working life risk level in ?,need to take timely control measures.According to the results of risk assessment,the existing problems are analyzed,and corresponding risk control measures were put forward to improve the safety level of the whole process.The study shows that: The risk evaluation model for airport operation process can better reflect the risk level of airport security check.The selected risk evaluation method can directly and accurately reflect the problems and hidden dangers of the security process operation.This study can provide support and guarantee for improving the reliability of airport security process.
