Study On Risk Management Of Phase Two Project Of ZZ Airport

In this paper, the process of project risk management which includes risk identification, risk estimation, risk assessment and risk response is discussed. Combining the modern risk management theory and the civil airport project, the author researches risk management in the second phase project of ZZ airport. using WBS-RBS method to identify ZZ Airport Phase two project risk factors, using analytic hierarchy process to construct the model of risk level for ZZ airport, from the perspective of the project management team, the author establishes a project risk evaluation index system, the risk factors of the two phase project of ZZ airport are evaluated, and the main risk of the project of the two phase project of ZZ airport is obtained, which solves the quantization problem of this kind of engineering project risk evaluation, and the actual case tests the feasibility of this method. Then based on risk identification and evaluation of the airport project, using management and technical measures of risk, the author discusses treatment methods which are applied to the project risk management decision-making process, providing relevant recommendations for the implementation of the project risk management.Finally, in this paper, the experience of improving civil airport engineering project risk management system is summarized, and the future research direction is put forward.
