In the process of urban rail transport construction,most second-tier cities have owned three or more subway lines in operation.As the important transfer junctions of metro network,transfer stations provide passengers with convenient and efficient interchange service.The transfer efficiency of metro stations affects the operation efficiency and service level of the entire road network,which plays an important role in the metro operation management and social economy.With new metro lines start using,the passenger flow of subway interchange station becomes much huger.The problems of passenger transfer efficiency within the metro system need to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the transfer efficiency for analyzing the transfer capacity of the subway station and accordingly propose corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,this dissertation defined the transfer efficiency,and started from analyzing the passenger flow organization of transfer station.It summarized the principle of passenger flow organization and specifically analyzed the characteristics of that organization under different transfer forms.Then the transfer process was analyzed.The existing influencing factors were summed up into several the main influencing factors.At last,based on the principle of constructing the evaluation index system,the evaluation index of transfer efficiency was determined after the correlation analysis.Secondly,in order to determine the appropriate evaluation method,the theories,characteristics and applicable fields of each commonly used evaluation methods were compared.The differences in weighting methods and evaluation process were also analyzed;then,an evaluation model based on the difference-driving theory was established,and the solving process of this model was provided with by K-T conditions.Then six transfer stations of Chengdu Metro were taken as an example to verify the model,the development and current status of the Chengdu Metro was briefly introduced.Data obtained by surveying and collecting were standardized and substituted into comprehensive evaluation models.And the evaluation results were compared.Finally,sensitivity analysis of the transfer efficiency evaluation was used to obtain the main sensitivity factors with a greater degree of influence.The relationship between the analysis factors and the evaluation value of the transfer efficiency also was clearly reflected by graphs.Countermeasures were proposed from operation management and transfer facilities by monitoring of passenger flow and avoiding streamline interference.
