With the development of the times,consumers pay more and more attention to the perceptual connotation of products.Whether the products meet the psychological needs of consumers has become an important standard for the success of product design.Therefore,in the process of product design,image-driven product design is being paid more and more attention.Product serialization design can not only extend the advantages of products,but also fully cover the consumers' demand for products.The combination of imagery design and product series design will promote the development of both.Based on this,this study will combine the structure of cobweb and its mechanical characteristics,construct the relationship between multi-images,and construct the product image model based on cobweb as the compound space of product multi-image.According to the character of external force of cobweb structure and the similarity of product design cognition,the evolutionary design method of product image morphology based on cobweb structure is formed.Finally,the intelligent design system of product image spider web is established,and the system is tested and analyzed.First,excavate the product image to construct the product multi-image compound pattern.Through the product image value division image level,the main image and the secondary image are confirmed,thus forming different image serialized products.Combined with the structure of cobweb,the longitude of spider silk is taken as the product series,the weft line is abstracted as the interaction between product series,and the influence of product image is quantified by the length of the cobweb node in which the product is located.Second,the evolutionary design method of product image morphology based on cobweb structure.Combined with a little force on the cobweb,the law of cobweb of center diffusion and the characteristics of style continuation and similar reference in the design process of serialized products are used to determine the direct and collateral parent generation in product evolution and to quantify the weight of influence of the father generation on offspring according to the space distance of cobweb.Finally,the product intelligent algorithm of cobweb image series is realized by computer,and product intelligent design system based on cobweb structure is constructed by means of screening products through product idea image evaluation mechanism.Third,the test and analysis of intelligent design system.The intelligent design system of spider web image series is tested and run many times,and the experimental data generated in the process is extracted.Through data analysis,judgement algorithm convergence algebra,the mean value of initial image value and the law of image growth and so on,the curve similarity analysis of product image value and survey value obtained from the evolution of intelligent system are conducted.Finally,the practicability and rationality of the intelligent design system are verified through data analysis.
