The civil aero-engine shop visit is one of the core contents of the airline maintenance business.A reasonable engine shop visit decision not only affects the fleet security operation,but also relates to the airline's commercial profit.In allusion to difficulties in the airline engine shop visit decision-making process,it is studied that is the engine removal date forecasting and engine shop visit work scope plan to provide the basis for engine shop visit decision in this paper.Firstly,the development of "reliability-centered" aviation maintenance theory is introduced,the condition monitoring technique is described for supporting engine maintenance and then the important concepts and influence factors are analyzed in the dissertation.Secondly,it takes the engine performance degradation as an entry point to predict civil aviation engine removal date.The take-off EGTM data are processed by the binned Pauta Criterion and the take-off EGTM time series prediction model is built based on the Auto-regressive Integrated Moving Average.The prediction value of take-off EGTM are obtained,which can predict civil aviation engine removal date accurately combination with the reliability setting by the airline engine.It is shown by an application example verification that ARIMA time series model based take-off EGTM can provide evidence of civil aviation removal date forecasting.Finally,it establishes the appraisal model which explores from relationship between the shop visit level and performance recovery with performance condition at engine removal date.The paper utilizes Z-Score standardization and principal component analysis to process data and takes airline default reliability as the criterion to optimize the module shop visit level and engine shop visit work scope.The appraisal model integrates the "reliability-centered" aviation maintenance theory and has a better flexibility than models used currently by airlines.
