Urban rail transit is favored by more and more people with its characteristics of large volume,high speed,safety and comfort,small pollution,small covering area and high comprehensive benefit.At present,a lot of first-tier cities and second-tier cities have carried out urban rail transit planning and construction.Even some third and fourth-tier cities are beginning to plan and apply for rail transit,which will inevitably include some elements of "comparison".In early March 2018,China's national development and reform commission(NDRC)have changed the notice on strengthening the management of the rail transit construction issued by the State Council in 2003,to guide the healthy growth of rail transit in Chinese market.There are multiple influencing factors having been modified,and they also plan to increase accountability system.There's not a better model to calculate the rational scale of the city rail transit,which including all aspect of the city.So it's an important subject to compute the rational scale of urban rail transit matching its actual situation in all aspects of the city.Then the influences of the rational scale of urban rail transit is analyzed fully,connected with the domestic and foreign studies of rational scale.Finally,a more scientific and complete urban rail reasonable scale analysis index system is set up.And,artificial intelligence algorithm is used to calculate the rational scale of urban rail transit.Some useful conclusions are obtained as follows:(1)According to research achievements and developments of the urban rail transit in the world,a conclusion of the future of the urban rail transit could be gotten.(2)According with the principle of index system building,and the scale of rail transit all over world,a scientific and complete urban rail reasonable scale analysis index system could be set up.(3)Firstly,calculation model of the rational scale urban rail transit is established Then the model is trained by using developed cities circularly,and its practical is also verified by test sample;At the same time,we can get the reasonable error range by recording the error of this model.(4)The trained network can also be used to calculates the reasonable scale of the urban rail in China,then calculation reasonable scale is calculated by the model is compared with the target amount of urban planning,which is the basis for the planning of urban rail transit in China's cities.
