The advancement of science and technology leads to rapid development of productivity.It also comes with a negative impact on human society and the natural environment.Human beings began to perceive that the Earth's resources are not infinitely supplied,and gradually began to explore the way to a comfortable green lifestyle.Meanwhile,the “high-tech” modern architecture that exhibits industrial technology as the main feature also focuses on the ecological environment,social culture and climate factors,and it is no exception to join in.It began to embark on a road of exploration from the "high-tech" form technology to the "ecological technology" system.With the advent of the information age,high-tech architectural form has demonstrated a diversified development trend.At the same time,building skin design method experienced the wave of informatization,which weakened the relationship between building envelopes and formed a “circular feedback of form and performance”.First of all,this paper studies the development process of high-tech building skin,from the appearance as priority to the internal content,finally to the integrate design.One of the major driving forces is the advancement of technology and materials.As the society focuses on energy conservation and ecological comfort and indoor comfort,the combination of glass skin and other skin materials constitutes a composite skin.Secondly,this paper explains the functionality of high-tech building skin.Finally,through the case analysis,the forms of the three types of ecological high-tech building skin are analyzed.This paper studies the glass skin of high-tech buildings in the Chengdu area,and analyzes from the three aspects of photothermal properties,structural types,and energy-saving technologies.Then this paper selects four different kinds of glass skins.After calculating their heat transfer,and comparing,the energy efficiency of these four materials came out.This study uses energy modeling software simulation methods to evaluate the energy conservation factors of the glass skin.In the glass skin parameters,different glass materials,setting of sunshades,different window wall area ratios,and air layer distances of different thicknesses are set.The software calculates its different energy consumption data.According to the energy consumption data,the energy-saving design strategy applied to the glass surface of high-tech buildings in Chengdu is summarized.
