With the rapid extension of China's high speed railway network and the expansion of the scale of the high-speed railway network,more and more people choose to travel with high speed rail.High speed rail brings people fast and comfortable.Meanwhile,the safety problem is becoming more and more important.The existing safety management evaluation mechanism can no longer adapt to the rapid development of high-speed rail safety needs.By analyzing the nature,characteristics,tasks and services to the business functions that form as the management unit of railway transportation system at the grassroots level,undertakes the important responsibility to ensure the safe operation of trains,smooth lines,the successful completion of the task of transportation and production.Have extensive contacts in the operation of the production process and the traffic deport inside and outside,constitute a complex system.The safety management of the traffic deport is the basis for the safety of railway transportation,is an important guarantee for the safety of railway transportation.Based on the management system of railway transport services to the grassroots units as the carrier,take the high-speed rail traffic safety as the research object to carry out research,through the research on the operational safety management of content analysis,the operation safety status of good and bad,is measured by the train traffic safety situation.Based on the analysis of the causes of high-speed railway traffic accidents,the factors that affect the safety of high-speed rail vehicles are divided into four categories: human status,equipment status,environmental status and management status.Based on these factors,a detailed analysis of these factors is carried out.According to the principles of evaluation index,some main factors that affect the safety of high-speed rail vehicles are screened out as evaluation indicators,and a safety evaluation index system for high-speed railway traffic deport is established.Based on the safety evaluation method of learning and understanding,according to the characteristics of the high-speed railway traffic deport safety evaluation index system,puts forward the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is a comprehensive evaluation method for high speed rail traffic deport safety evaluation,and combined with the high-speed rail traffic deport safety evaluation index of concrete,established for depot safety evaluation AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,selected examples of high iron traffic safety evaluation model is verified by.According to the traffic safety comprehensive evaluation model of high-speed railway vehicle,design and development of a high-speed rail traffic safety evaluation prototype system,and according to the actual need to use the train depot safety evaluation function module is designed,realized on the different trffic depot,different evaluation period of high-speed railway(years)automatic evaluation of the security situation.
