Transgenic technology will be core in the future for a long period of time in many fields of the biotechnology industry. Large-scale commercial cultivation of genetically modified plants is the main cause of transgenic plants biosafety issues, genetically modified treeshave long growth cycle. This will increase the instability of genetically modified trees, beacause genetic flowing, or escapingmake a negative impact on the environment or pose a risk to the new environment. So the biological and ecological security issues of transgenic plants attracted widespread attention of the scientist.BtCry3A gene transfer BtCry1 Ac 741 poplar and hybrid poplar 741 was studied as plant material, The number and population of soil microorganism near transgenic poplar roots were measured and analyzed.We studied Bt toxins content in the soil residues intrangenic poplar test forest?Through the study analyzing, scientific and actually results were attained forproviding the basis for transgenic hybrid Ecological safety assessment and rational use and promotion.Transgenic poplar 741 had a significant effect on bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes isolated from soil and there were significant differences in contrast. Dynamic trend of bacteria, actinomyces of each strains were regularity in the surrouding soil of root, soil of rhizosphere and soil of root surface : in August the number of bacteria and actinomycetes was significantly higher than in other months. The dynamic changes of fungi was not regular, the number of fungi was significantly higher than other months different in September.After analysis, great impact on rhizosphere soil bacteria and fungi is CC84; The number of CC71 had significantly affected on fungi of soil in the soil of rhizosphere. The significant effect on actinomycetes in distribution of soil is CC22; the number of bacteria had significant impact on soil of rhizosphere is CC70; CC22 and CC53 had great impact on fungi in soil of rhizosphere, Pb29 had great impact on actinomycetes in soil of rhizosphere. CC71 had great impact on bacteria and actinomycetes in soil of roots surface. CC84 had great impact on fungi in soil of roots surface.Transgenic BtCry3 A gene poplar has been existed its toxic protein,the result showed that the Toxic protein existed in 6 transgenic strains.However,the expression quantity was varied,among which strain CC84 had an obviously higher expression quantity over other strains.Each department, in the same period in different soil Bt toxic protein residues, speculate may be due to differences between individuals of different trees, but also may be different gene expression, or insertion sites caused by the influence of. But it still needs further verification in order to obtain reliable results.After analysis group of fungi of transgenic poplars 741.From the general trend, the specises of fungi contained in the root surface soil were more than in the surrounding soil of the root. specises of fungi contained in the surrounding soil of the root were more than in soil of rhizosphere. Species and individual number of transgenic poplars 741 is letter than CK. The distribution of CC22 is the most uniform. Specises and individual number of CC84 is the largest. The number of fungi species of transgenic poplars 741 is larger than CK. CC31 had smallest individual number. The distribution of CC53 system in soil of rhizosphere and distribution of soil was the most uneven. Individual number of fungi of ransgenic poplars 741 is more than CK. Distribution of CC70 and CC22 is most uneven. The diversity and the superiority concentration were lower than the CK.
