Camlina(Camlina sativa(L.)Crantz)belongs to cruciferae,which is an annual herb plants.Camelina as a kind of low investment oil crops,has a good agronomical properties such as a strong tolerence to barren,drought,cold and lodging resistence.Camelina oil containing high content of linolenic acid,linoleic acid and oleic acid,can reduce blood pressure,reduce blood fat,which is conducive to physical and mental health.Camelina oil has a high calorific value of methyl ester,and therfore it has perfect fuel economy performance,which can be used as biodiesel,especially for the main raw materials of biomass aerial diesel.Camelina is a new type of oil crops.Short history of Camelina cultivation has little study of its adapting areas and has less popular small production scale,particular the study of desertified areas,saline-alkali land,and barren land soil and problems of operation and management in mechanical,and chemical production.This article firstly has carried on bioecology characteristics of introduced camelina varying in Jilin province of spring and autumn sowing in Shandong province,which provide theoretical basis for northeast China and the winter wheat area's development and utilization of camelina resources.The result shows the imported type of Camelina sativa does not have the feature of dormancy and they will sprout in encountering water after becoming mature.The seeds of Camelina sativa have the feature of low-temperature sprouting so that they can sprout normally at daily average temperature of 5?.In Jilin Province,the suitable period of sowing seeds of Camelina sativa:the beginning of April with daily average temperature stabilized to 5 ? and they can be harvested in middle July.So,their development needs about 90-100 days.In Shandong Province as a winter wheat region,they can pass the winter safely.The suitable period of their sowing in autumn lies on middle October and they are harvested in the middle May.So,their sowing is not conflicting with sowing of corn in summer.The suitable sowing density of Camelina sativa:30cm line space,10cm hole space,3-6 planted in each hole,288 pieces for each,14 sativa for each piece and 1.23g for each dry particle.In Jilin Province,the output of Camelina sativa planted in spring reaches about 174.5g/m2 and its oil yield rate reaches about 29.9%.In Shandong Province,the output of Camelina sativa reaches about 194.3g/m2 and its oil yield rate reaches 31.3%.Both the output and oil yield rate of Camelina sativa planted in autumn are higher than those planted in spring.Owing to small particle,large sowing density,easy cracking of piece and easy sprouting in wet environment,it is necessary to sow and harvest them with machines.Testing result shows manual monomer small-particle seed sowing machine made in South Korea is suitable for accurate sowing of Camelina sativa and the accuracy of sowing can be adjusted to 3-5 particles for each hole.If power-driven seed sowing machine made in Jining of Shandong Province is used,it is necessary to further adjust the sowing quantity down.Experimental results show that napropamide is suitable soil herbicide for camelina:Quizalofop is suitable stem leaf herbicides of camelina.All are the standard doses.This article also detect the content of camelina oil fatty acid,using gas chromatography and make sure that camelina oil lin olenic acid is 33.3%with a lot of unsaturated fatty acid.
