Study On The Effect Of Seven Kind Of Detoxification Method On Cotton Straw, Cottonseed Hull And Cottonseed Cake

This study used the methods of physical, chemical and microbial fermentation, detoxification processing cotton straw, cottonseed shell and cottonseed cake, determination of detoxication rate; and for analysis after detoxification treatment of the cotton straw, cottonseed shell and cottonseed cake nutrients and dynamic degradation rate. Search for the above three cotton by-products best detoxification method, to pick out the good detoxification effect, economy, practical, adaptable to cattle and sheep breeding in Xinjiang region is advantageous for the application and popularization in the process of actual production of detoxification method provides the theory basis. In this paper, an appeal under study reached the following three results:(1)To test the detoxification rate on 3 kinds of cotton by-products, we used 7 kinds of detoxification method. The results show that, the detoxification rate of cooking method, dry heat method, ferrous sulfate method, sodium hydroxide method, Calcium hydroxide method, urea method, microbial fermentation method on cotton straw were 59.84%,60.71%,65.05%,65.13%,70.89% and 61.40%, respectively. All of the methods have good effect on detoxification; the detoxification rate of cooking treatment and Calcium hydroxide treatment on cottonseed shell detoxification rate of respectively 81.57%,93.28%; the detoxification rate of cooking treatment, ferrous sulfate and lime water on cottonseed cake were 90.28%, 83.15% and 85.87%. Considering the economic benefits and easy tobe promoted, using urea to detoxify the cotton straw were quite suitable method, and using Calcium hydroxide to detoxify the cottonseed shell and cottonseed cake were quite suitable method.(2)Test nutritional ingredient of cotton straw, cottonseed shell and cottonseed cake after using different treatment. The results show that, CP and CA content of cotton straw were higher than others after urea treatment (P<0.05) and increased by 4.16% and 1.33% after urea treatment. However the NDF and ADF content of cotton straw were lower comparing to other treatment and untreated cotton straw, and reduced by 8.35% and 5.89%? The CP content of cottonseed shell after lime water treatment increased 4.3%, higher than other treatments (P<0.05). ADF and NDF content after Calcium hydroxide treatment is lower comparing to control group (P<0.05); and reduced 7.23% and 7.26% after lime water treatment. The CP content of cottonseed shell after lime water treatment was higher than other treatments (P<0.05), increased by 8.19% after treatment. The NDF content of cottonseed shell after Calcium hydroxide treatment was lower than other treatments and controls. The ADF content of cottonseed shell after Calcium hydroxide treatment lower than other treatments and controls; and reduced by 2.92%; The ADL content of lime water treatment was lower than other treatments and untreated cottonseed cake, and reduced by1.08%.(3)Three Chinese Merinos fitted with forever ruminal cannulas were used to investigat the kinetic change and the rumen degradation of Nutrition indicators on cotton by-products of different treatment methods by Nylon bag method. Results showed that, the DM and CP dynamic degradation rate was significantly higher than (P<0.05) the control and other treated at the Urea treatment after 32h,48h and 72h. the DM,CP, NDF and ADF dynamic degradation rate was significantly higher than (P<0.05) the control and other treated at the Calcium hydroxide treatment after 32h,48h and 72h.
