"Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer is a soluble foliar fertilizer which combined many nutrients necessary to plant growth with ALA as the main active substance. Previous studies have shown that, ALA can improve the efficiency of plant photosynthesis, significantly promote plant growth, enhance plant resistance, and improve the quality of agricultural products. Therefore, we use 'Xusuan 815' as material, and spraying "Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer in its growing season. Study the effect of applying diluted 2000-fold,1000-fold and 500-fold "Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer on growth, photosynthesis and the yield and quality of garlic. At the same time, we use'Wuniuzao' and 'Yingshuang' as material, research the effect of spraying "Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer on growth and quality of tea. The main results are as follows.1. In order to investigate the effects of "Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer application on garlic growth,'Xusuan 815' was used in this study. The treatments included 2000-fold, 1000-fold and 500-fold "Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer and clear water as the control. It was found that low concentration ALA applications significantly improved single leaf weight, leaf chlorophyll content, promoted photosynthetic electron transport and energy conversion, enhanced antioxidant enzyme activities and alleviated active oxygen injury. Simultaneously, the energy conversion (ABS/CS, TR0/CS, and ET0/CS) and the photosynthetic performance index (PIABS, PIcs and PItotal) were improved, but the energy dissipation through heat(DI0/CS and DI0/RC) was depressed. Meanwhile, ALA treatments increased soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C content in garlic. Considering ALA solutions can effectively improve the garlic leaf physiological characteristics and quality and yield of garlic.2. In order to investigate the effects of "Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer application on cold resistance of tea and a potential approach of ALA applied in tea production, two kind of tea('Yingshuang' and 'Wuniuzao') were used in this study. The treatments included 2000-fold,1000-fold and 500-fold "Cropspring" amino acid fertilizer and clear water as the control. It was found that low concentration ALA applications significantly improved leaf chlorophyll content, promoted photosynthetic electron transport and energy conversion, enhanced antioxidant enzyme activities and alleviated active oxygen injury. Meanwhile, ALA treatments increased water extract, amino acids and soluble sugar content in tea leaves. Considering ALA solutions can effectively improve the leaf physiological characteristics and quality of tea.
