The clonal tea is a popular way of the tea seedling breeding,we often breed the tea seedling by the subsoil on the ground,this method has keeping the excellent features and characteristics of the species,but it has a long breeding cycle and the low survival rate of transplant.With the development of agricultural facilities,it is continuous improvement and constantly making new progresses of the tea seedling technology.In order to speed up the progress of tea seedling,shorten the breeding cycle,accelerate the process of transforming from new varieties of tea into productivity,and in order to make full use of the plant greenhouses space,the rational use of sunlight,the study used the seedling aircraft and disk for tea seedling to achieve the purpose of Greenhouse Manufacturing Administration.The main factor of the clonal tea seedling is media,the experiment with different proportions of the medias,through the measurement and analysis of the growth indicators and physiological indicators,as well as under the different weter content in media and the differern light treatments,the conclusions are as follows:1.The highest survival rate in four kinds of seedling medias is matrix?(peat: perlite: vermiculite = 2:1:1),up 86.17 percent,followed by matrix?(red soil),the survival rate of 85.36%,the survival rate of matrix ?(peat:mushroom:perlite:vermiculite = 1:1:1:1)lowering than the matrix? and the matrix?,was 75.98%,the survival rate of matrix? was lowest,only 60.26 %.2.The measurement results of the growth indexs by the four kinds of media from January to November are as follows: the trend of the clonal tea seedling's growth indexes are basically the same at different stages of growth,but the growth indicators of matrix?were higher than the other three medias.On the tea seedling height,matrix? was the best,the second was matrix?,matrix?is also help to increase tea seedling's height;the number of leaves of matrix?is higher than matrix? in early growth,but belower the matrix? lately;the rooting of the clonal tea seedling by matrix?and matrix?were roughly flat before August.3.The measurement results of physiological indicators by the four kinds of media from January to November are as follows: from January to November,the net photosynthetic rate of four kinds of medias rose firstly and then declined,in which the net photosynthetic rate of the clonal tea seedling by matrix ? was higher than the other three kinds of medias,respectively,compared with the matrix ?,matrix?,?,?were lower 41.35%,12.67%,10.39%;transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate were positively correlated,so the transpiration rate of the clonal tea seedling is first highly,then lowly from January to November,at the same time transpiration rate is a reflection of water using efficiency of the clonal tea seedling leaf,the transpiration rate of the clonal tea seedling by matrix ? is higher than other treatments,respectively,compared with the matrix ?,matrix?,?,? were lower 47.18%,13.13%,36.55%;chlorophyll content is closely related to photosynthesis of tea seedling leaves,from January to November,chlorophyll content increased at first,then at the same trend essentially,the chlorophyll content of the clonal tea seedling was the highest,followed by matrix ?.4.The media with the different water concent of the clonal tea seedling by matrix?,through determining and further analysising to the growth indexs and physiological indexs of the clonal tea seedling after two months and four months,the results are as follows: the higher water content of the matrix is not conducive to the root growth of the clonal tea seedling,thus affecting the survival and the growth on the ground of the clonal tea seedling,when the water content of media> 90%,the photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of the clonal tea seedling is not high,with the decline in the water content of the matrix,both will be improved,However,it is negative to the growth of tea seedling if the water content of media is too low,so watering once every two days is favorable for the indexs of tea seedling grown,and the water content is 80% to 90% under this process.5.The media with the different light treatments of the clonal tea seedling by matrix?,through determining and further analysising to the growth indexs and physiological indexs of the clonal tea seedling after two months and four months,the results are as follows: light has a great effect on the growth of the clonal tea seedling,especially the number of roots of the clonal tea seedling;it is not conducive to root if the light is too weak,thus affecting the absorbing water and nutrients;the photosynthesis of the clonal tea seedling is also affected by the light,low light is not conducive to photosynthetic products accumulation of the clonal tea seedling in this experiment.Every two or three days moving the clonal tea seedling at different levels can effectively increase the lighting and promote the growth of the clonal tea seedling.6.Through the experimental analysis can initially clear that although the matrix of peat: perlite: vermiculite = 2:1:1 is the most conducive to the growth of the clonal tea seedling,peat is a non-renewable resource,and expensive,so we can use the maturity of the mushroom instead of peat partly,to become one of the matrixs in Greenhouse Manufacturing Administration.
