| The effects of Cysteamine (CS) and Diludine on performance, neurohormone and endocrine hormone, protein and carcass characteristics were studied in finishing pigs. One hundred and sixty Duroc×Landrace-Yorkshine finishing pigs of original average weight 65.08±6.99kg were divided into four groups with four replicates, each of which including 10 pigs,in a randomized block design. The four groups were respectively fed corn-soybean basic diet (group CT), containing 120mg/kg CS (group CS), containing 30mg/kg Diludine (group Dilu.), containing 120mg/kg CS and 30mg/kg Diludine (group CS+Dilu.). The result as follows:⑴Average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI) in group CS and group Dilu.were higher than that in group CT,that group CS+Dilu. was higher than that in group CT (P﹥0.05),feed/gain(F/G)in group CS+Dilu. was lower than that in group CT (P﹥0.05).⑵The content of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood glucose (GLU) in group CS+Dilu. were lower than that in group CT (P﹥0.05).⑶Compared with the group CT, the group CS+Dilu. tended to decrease the content of serum T3 and T4 (0.05﹤P﹤0.1),decreased significant the content of Cortisol (Cor.)(P﹤0.01), decrease the content of serum growth hormone(GH), Somatostatin(SS), glutamate pyruvate transaminase(GPT), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) (P﹥0.05).⑷Compared with the group CT, Group CS+Dilu. had significant decreased the backfat thickness and skin thickness (P﹤0.05), increased marbling, meatcolor, decreased tenderness, drip loss. |
