Feijoa is a new type of fruit tree which can be used as fruit, view and medicine, introduced to mianyang, Sichuan province. The article solved many problems, such as less flower, less setting rate, less production after coming to China. The research was the first time in China, so it is very significance in the Feijoa fields. This research was mainly about the Florenscence and frucification of feijoa in Sichuan, pollination and fertilization. The main conclusions were included in the following:?1? The initial flower stage of feijoa of different years have some differences. Feijoa flowering in 2015 is earlier than 2014. Flowering phenology among different varieties have some differences, but the difference was not significant. Different areas of feijoa flowering phenology in 2015 were significantly different. The initial flower stage of feijoa in Leshan is earlier than Mian Yang and Changsha.is the latest. In the same species, the flowering phenology of feijoa has nothing to do with the directon, but flowering time in the lower layer is earlier than the top 1-2 d. The single flower opening duration is about 7 d, and the initial flower stage of feijoa usually comes around May 3rd, the peak flower stage is 14 d, and the bloom continuous is 28 d. I-KI staining method and in vitro germination of pollen vitality is approximate, which is the best method for determination of pollen living capacity about fruit. We can combine two methods, master the basic survival of pollen firstly, then use germination method to study the pollen germination ability. Under the condition?25 ?, 4 ? and-20 ??of storage fresh pollen, the pollen germination ratedeclined rapidly and the energy was losed within 10 d of 25 ? storage, the pollen germination ratedroped slowly of 4 ? and 20 ?, and with the lower of the temperature, the life force down more slowly.?2? Feijoa fruit shoots are mainly concentrated in the canopy of the upper, containing a valid base for 75.2% respectively. The maximum number branches of ‘Triumph' is 534 and the lowest number branches of ‘Mammoth' is 177.The fruit- set rate of feijoa is low under natural conditions, about at 30.69%-52.93% and the production is low, about 1119.40 g – 6623.12 g. The fruit growth of fuijoa was as the type of “double S”, but has no correlation with the change of photosynthesis.?3? The role of pollination in fruit set and quality of the feijoa?Acca sellowiana Berg.? was examined in the cultivar ‘Opal Star'. The results showed that fruit set and quality attributes of fruit from different cultivar ‘Unique', ‘Coolidge', ‘Mammoth' and ‘Triumph' were markedly different. Different cultivars pollination can improve the fruit set rate of ‘Opal Star' significantly, manifested ‘Unique' > ‘Coolidge' > ‘Mammoth' > ‘Triumph' > ‘Opal Star'. Fruit weight, shape index, seeds and edible rate improve significantly and internal quality were better. It is concluded that pollination of ‘Opal Star' can have significant effects on fruit uniformity via ‘Unique' and ‘Triumph'. Different varieties of 'Triumph after pollination, the fruit-set rate is shown as: ‘Unique' > ‘Opal Star' > ‘Triumph' > ‘Coolidge' > ‘Mammoth', after pollination the fruit weight, fruit shape index, seed number and edible rate of ‘Triumph' were increased, the fruit internal quality was improved. ‘Unique' and ‘Opal Star' is an ideal pollination varieties of ‘Triumph'.?4?Through the use of 800, 1000 and 1200 multiple diluent has improve flowering rate, fruit-setting rate, weight, fruit length and diameter, production in ‘Unique' significantly. Besides, it can improve the quality of the fruit.Spraying plant immune protein 1000 multiple diluent has the highest flowering rate, about at 93.88%, and the fruit weight, length is higher than the rest of the treatment group. Spraying potassium dihydrogen phosphate, plant immune protein, humic acid and amino acid to ‘Mammoth' found that the potassium dihydrogen phosphate can improve flower rate, fruit setting rate and production significantly.?5?Flower rate, setting rate, fruit weight, seeds and edible rate improve significantly after spraying GA3, 6-BA and CPPU. But it reduced the total sugar content of fruit, increased the titratable acid content, manifested 6-BA > GA3 > CPPU. Application of three kinds of plant growth regulator can affect ‘Gemini' significantly, the largest fruit weight increased by 33.72% compared with blank control group.
