Mist-powered miniature machine is an automatic control spraying tiny green mist machine. And it is driven by electrically powered with a collection of intelligent power electronics technology. In recent years, with the development of advanced intelligent detection technology, battery technology, electronic technology and remote control technology, various types of environmental protection and efficient electric power(battery) farm equipment and gradually has made great progress. Especially, misting machines are gaining wide attention at home and abroad in the field of agriculture, which combined with precise target, variable spraying and other new practices. Based on particularity mode of domestic cultivated orchard and a variety of defects of the current mist equipment, this paper explored the electric power equipment development process and designed a set of electrically powered mini sprayer assembly control system.The main research contents:(1) Against the demand of domestic orchard cultivation mode and mist jobs and based the analysis of electric power operation principle mist sprayer, electric powertrain control system solutions is proposed and designed with the existing four mechanical chassis and wind send mist method. What’s more, the feasibility of this program is proved after in the trial.(2) Machine electrical components are selected and assembly designed. And after post-test, it is proved that the components’ parameters that seclected before meet droplet diameter, mist range, driving power and other operating standards.(3) The controller assembly is design and development. The main work includes to build and simulate the matlab model of rear axle drive motor,design the hardware and software system of the controller, make the physical board and housing production of the controller.(4) The machine control systems and physical-powered mist sprayer are set up based on the selected electrical components and assemblies developed controller. What’s more, they are tested in many aspects.After testing and debugging, the train control system met the basic job of mist operating standards, and achieved automatic control, environmental protection and energy-efficient design purpose to some extent. The three voltage power supply(15 V, 12 V, 5 V) output ripple is less than 250 mV, and stability in wide input voltage conditions; remote control signal transmitting and receiving success rate reached 99%; Mist work is good, with the liquid spray matte of 5 m2, droplet diameter of 50 μm ~ 60 μm, and the entire vehicle obstacle good ability; controller assembly has good control performance with power transfer efficiency of 90% and the whole life time of 3.8 h. What’s more, the driving motor response time less than 3 s in a variety of operating conditions. This thesis work provides the research and development basis for developing low cost miniature sprayer, which is suitable for low close planting cultivation agriculture model and the concept of environmental protection. What’s more, exploration and examples is provided to promote green agriculture mechanization, intelligent, modern, specialized development.
