With the development of ecological agriculture, environment friendly agricultural machinery in greenhouse has been highly required, so research on electric micro farming machine has extremely practical significance. In this paper, the embedded distributed control technology is applied in electric micro farming machine control system, and will be researched based on CAN bus.This paper carried on the research and development on the greenhouses electric micro farming machine control system application. Completed the hardware development of control units and tele-operated joysticks, set up an embedded distributed control system platform. Independent control units make the system more reliable, each control unit is separately developed corresponding its function, this simplifies the software. At the same time, the CAN bus standard interface is helpful for system extension, which solves the deficiency of the traditional centralized control system.Considering the greenhouse environment requirements, and based on the constructed embedded distributed control system platform, the paper studies and realized realization the five functional modules: the main control coordinator module(MPS- ECU), remote control module, power control module(CTR- ECU), Motor control module(Motor- ECU) and power management module(BMS- ECU). Main node is master control coordinator along the CAN bus, which plays the role of decision making and task scheduling; Remote control unit is to control electric micro farming machine to move and work; Power control unit is used to control electric micro farming machine rotary tillage operation. As to the movement of the micro farming machine, the all-wheel-drive electronic differential steering model is established and this paper put the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve closed-loop speed control function to steer the tractor. Micro farming machine control preliminary tests have been carried out, through experimental tests, the platform is proved have the attributes such as the validity, real-time data transmission stability and so on, which verifies the function modules of the system design.
