| Winter jujube is a unique and precious resource in Bohai Bay and Yellow River Delta region.In particular,"Zhanhua Winter jujube" enjoys high popularity both at home and abroad and is exported to Southeast Asia,Europe and America.At present,the whole production process is basically completed by manual labor,especially the winter jujube picking process,which is characterized by high labor intensity and low efficiency.The late picking results in huge economic losses for the jujube farmers.In view of the above problems,it is urgent to develop a practical and mechanized winter jujube harvester.The electric chassis control system of winter jujube harvester is the core control component to realize the guarantee of intelligent operation.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development status and development trend at home and abroad,and develops the electric chassis control system of winter jujube harvester with the method of simulation and experimental verification.The main work is as follows:First,through theoretical calculation,the dynamic parameters of the electric chassis of the winter jujube harvester are matched.According to the matching results,drive motor,power battery and other components are selected.Based on AVL cruise,the optimal matching model of power transmission system is established to ensure stable power output and climbing ability,and meet the requirements of long-term continuous operation.Second,the design of electric chassis control system for winter jujube harvester.Including chassis drive control,steering control and other functions,the controller is designed based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer,the controller hardware circuit is designed according to the modular design idea,the controller software is developed,the corresponding control program is compiled in the software keil5,and the software and hardware are debugged.Furthermore,the driving control and steering control of the electric chassis are realized to ensure the stable and safe driving of the vehicle under various driving conditions.Then,the design of remote control and visual monitoring of chassis.The electronic control chassis remote control device is designed to give instructions to the vehicle controller,realize the full function wireless remote control of the whole machine,and design the visual monitoring device of the electric chassis.The operator can watch the harvester working environment in real time through the visual monitoring,assist the remote control to better control the chassis,and realize the operation of human-computer separation.Finally,the relevant test is done.The test results show that the maximum speed of the electric chassis of winter jujube harvester is 7.63km/h,and it can pass through 30% slope road,with a range of 17.3km and a wireless remote control distance of 200 m.All the test data meet the design requirements.That is to say,the electric chassis control system designed in this paper is effective and feasible. |
