The Research On The Plan Of Water-saving Irrigation Project In DM County

DM County's groundwater resources are very limited, while irrigation water mainly rely on groundwater. These problems affect the normal life of immigrants and livestock drinking water, so the water saving problem is imminent.Our existing common water-saving irrigation methods include the canal seepage control, irrigation, micro irrigation, irrigation and drip irrigation etc. In order to protect groundwater resources, realize the sustainable development, and the benefit of future generations, this paper studies and discusses the economic and social benefits of three water-saving irrigation scheme.From the angle of investment and technical performance, equipment maintenance costs, economic benefits and later management etc., this paper compared and analyzed three kinds of water-saving irrigation including needle irrigation, low pressure pipe irrigation and drip irrigation, and the conclusion of the study can guide the local government to choose the best construction situation, and promote the implementation of the project based on geographical location, natural conditions, climate suitable crops, construction scale and human impact etc.The water saving irrigation project construction project is located in Halawusu village Xilamuren Town of DM County, which will develop and construct 2000 acres of irrigated forage. The project is scheduled for completion in 2016. After the completion of the project, grassland will lock up the desert, protect the Yellow River, improve ecological, increase revenue, improve the economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits at the same time, and promote regional economic development and social progress overall.
