This paper studied the effect of microclimate,soil nutrient in the different patterns,such as oil peony mixed with heather,oil peony mixed with black walnut and oil peony monoculture.The author also studied the effects on soil fertility,yield and quality of oil peony seed by different fertilization treatments,aimed at discovering the scientific models to plant oil peony and providing theoretical basis for the comprehensive benefits of oil peony industry.The main research results were as follows:(1)The microclimate effect results showed that compared to the pattern of oil peony monoculture,intercropping is benefit to the microclimate.In the respect of temperatures:the highest temperature respectively 35.8 ?and 33.8 ? in the pattern of oil peony mixed with heather and oil peony mixed with black walnut,the daily amplitude of temperature respectively 7.3 ?or 6.8?,both significantly lower than the pattern of oil peony monoculture as 35.02%;In the respect of relative humidity,the pattern of oil peony mixed with black walnut is 36%,significantly higher than the pattern of oil peony monoculture as30%,and the daily amplitude of relative humidity respectively 23% and 21%,both significantly lower than the pattern of oil peony monoculture as 25%;In the respect of Light intensity,the highest Light intensity respectively 468?mol搶-2新-1and450?mol搶-2新-1 in the pattern of oil peony monoculture and oil peony mixed with black walnut,both significantly lower than the pattern of oil peony mixed with heather as486?mol搶-2新-1;the average Light intensity respectively 306?mol搶-2新-1and288?mol搶-2新-1,both significantly lower than the pattern of oil peony mixed with heather as 320.94?mol搶-2新-1;In the respect of soil temperature,the highest soil temperature respectively 33.8 ?and 32.3 ? in the pattern of oil peony mixed with heather and oil peony mixed with black walnut,both significantly higher than the pattern of oil peony monoculture as 30.6 ?,the daily amplitude of soil temperature respectively 8.4 ?and7.6 ?,both significantly lower than the pattern of oil peony monoculture as 8.9 ?.The intercropping system can effectively reduce the stress of high temperature on oil in summer.(2)The soil nutrients effect results showed that intercropping effectively improved the nutrient status of the soil layer.Compared with the pattern of oil peony monoculture,intercropping oil peony mixed with heather and oil peony mixed with black walnut: In the 0-20 cm soil layer the organic matter content has increased by 2.88 g/kg and 5.16 g/kg,the hydrolyzed nitrogen content has increased by 22.6 mg/kg and 49.9 mg/kg,the quick-acting potassium content has increased by 41.16 mg/kg and 47.03 mg/kg,the phosphorus content were increased by 10.09 mg/kg and 13.41 mg/kg;In the 20-40 cm soil layer the organic matter content has increased by 2.98 g/kg and 5.74 g/kg,the hydrolyzed nitrogen content has increased by 26.02 mg/kg and 39.69 mg/kg,the quick-acting potassium content has increased by 27.71 mg/kg and 40.25 mg/kg,the phosphorus content were increased by 11.17 mg/kg and 11.34 mg/kg.(3)The economic benefits results showed that intercropping can bring more economic benefit than the pattern of oil peony monoculture.After intercroping heather and black walnut,it not only increased the heather and black walnut,but also increased the oil peony seed yield per acre respectively 7.6% and,12.8% and the value 838 yuan and 502 yuan per acre.(4)Compared to CK,fertilization can effectively improve the yield of peony seeds,oil content and fatty acid content,but also can effectively improve the soil fertility.the pattern NPK + RC which has the best effect improved the soil organic matter by 13.12%,total nitrogen by 36.49%,total phosphorus by 41.18%,total potassium by 9.75%,available nitrogen by 33.4%,available phosphorus by 46.97% and available potassium by 47.53%.(5)The average yield under fertilization was increased by 8.31%-31.75%,as compared to the CK.The average yield decreased in the order of NPK + RC> NPK> FC>RC> CK,the oil content decreased in the order of NPK + RC> NPK> RC> FC> CK,the content of unsaturated fatty decreased in the order of NPK + RC> FC> NPK> RC> CK.
