“Agriculture is the basic of country,seeds cast the cornerstone.” Our country is a big country with the kinds of wheat,the level of wheat seed quality directly determines how much wheat yield is,wheat seed industry is the key of wheat industry development,is a national strategic and fundamental core industry.However,with the continuous development and expansion of the seed market,the problems of fake and shoddy seeds and the Cuan-huo acts of seeds have been continuing to occur,which have affected the normal development of the wheat industry.On the one hand,it caused a great degree of loss of formal enterprises,and disrupted the normal order of the seed market.On the other hand,it deceived consumers,caused the reduction of wheat production,damaged the legitimate interests of consumers,and has caused a serious threat on the development of China’s wheat industry.Therefore,to establish the wheat seed quality and safety traceability system and design the wheat seed industry security warning system,has a great significance to achieve the security patch of wheat seed industry,protect the interests of businesses and consumers and Improve the efficiency of government regulation.The development of advanced technology provides a good basis for the modernization of seed industry and the ensuring of food security,especially the traceability technology has become the major trends to achieve safety security and guarantee the quality of products in recent years.In this study,in the background of building a modern seed industry,mainly for the security issues of wheat seed industry,according to the characteristics of enterprise wheat seed supply chain,achieve the wheat seed security by using traceability technology and protect the safety of the wheat industry.On the basis of traceability security,establish a wheat seed security early warning mechanism by using intelligent decision and WEBGIS and other technical means,to provide data basis and technical support for achieving a safe,efficient and intelligent regulation in wheat seed industry,and reduce the security risks of wheat seed industry.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,study the architecture of the Internet of Things,design the overall architecture solution of wheat seed security warning system platform based on the wisdom of the package.On the basis of focusing on the three-tier architecture that "perception,network,application" on the Internet of Things,for the field of wheat seed,analyze the production,storage,transportation,sales and other supply chain aspects of wheat seed,design the wheat seed security warning system platform based on wisdom packaging by use of supply chain management technology,traceability technology,intelligent decision technology.Secondly,propose a coding scheme of wheat seed security traceability code.Design the wheat seed security traceability code which is made of wheat seed identification,enterprise organization code and production batch number,as the only identification to carry out wheat seeds security warning,achieve the foundation of information processing and exchanging from production to sale of the wheat seed entire process aspects,use wisdom packaging technology to generate product dimensional code and printed on wheat seed product packaging.Again,on the basis of studying wheat seed security traceability code,design wheat seed retroactive security authentication model to achieve wheat seed security patch.The Traceability system is considered the best means to solve the problem of fake and shoddy.In this study,by using traceability technology,consumers trace the whole supply chain data of the products by scanning the products two-dimensional code on the wheat seed package of owned company through mobile phones and other scan code tools,and complete the verification of the authenticity of wheat seeds.Finally,analysis the traceable security verification records,research and design wheat seed security warning model.According to statistical analysis of the scan time,the number of scans,scanning location latitude and longitude and other scan code records of traceable security verification,construct the wheat seed security warning model.Alarm the location scope and extent of the wheat seed in question visually by using WEBGIS and other technologies;provide decision support for the supervision and verification of regulatory authorities.Security traceability code of research design combines the wheat seed identification,make the wheat seed traceable security and the wheat DNA testing security combine together effectively,and double safeguard the security safety of seed industry.Wheat seed security warning system has made up the blank in wheat seed security warning of current domestic seed market,and perfected the seed security intelligence monitoring services.The results of demonstration and application of system showed that,the system platform of wheat seed security warning based on wisdom packaging can achieve the traceability,security and early warning of wheat seeds effectively,and it has broad application prospects in the seed industry.
