| According to scientific research from Xiushui County, Jiangxi Province, Hang pig breeding farm and Jiangxi Wanjia Technology Development Co., Ltd. from 2011 to2015,the research contents include Hang pig breeding, growth development, carcass and meat quality performance. The results are as follows:The reproductive performance of Hang-pig.Hang-pigs have early sexual maturity(s ow 85.45 d began estrus, boar at the age of 103, initial climb cross phenomenon), long oest-rus time(4.25d), Short Hugh period(14.55d), are excellent characteristics of lacta tion breeding, feeding rate is high(92%) and anti stress ability is strong. The reproducti ve performance index confirms the third to seventh births are the best, the difference sig nificant(P < 0.05). And the high and often produced varieties of Hang pig litter size bet ween the Chinese between local pig breeds. Hang pig,a fter hybridization, the hybrids of the carcass performance has improved significantly, bu t the meat performance decline.In conclusion, as local species province in Jiangxi of Hang-pig with mature early,short non-production days, the rate higher, stress resistance ability, at low nutrient levels can be maintained appropriate growth rate, meat is good and other excellent features is a good parent for economic production of hybrid varieties. |
