The erhualian pigs are good local pig breeds in our country,have high litter rate,good meat quality and excellent characteristics of forage and so on. Aiming to studying hybridization effects of erhualian pigs and different male parents and selecting the best hybrid combinations,the study selected erhualian pigs as the female parents and songliao black pigs,laiwu pigs and bamei pigs as male parent respectively song pigs,lai dual pigs and ba dual pigs as the research objects,and compared the growh circumstances and reproductive performance of the parents of different hybrid combination with binary pigs,and tested meat quality of song dual pigs,and compared with parents in hybrid superiority.The results showed that:1.The comparison of breeding performance in different hybrid combination of parentsThe birth weight,birth litter weight and 35 weaning litter quantities have no significant impact; The total born quantity of L×E and S×E was higher than the B×E; The teat numbers of L× E are higher than the other two groups;S×E,L×E and B×E in personality weight and litter weight in the age of 21, and weaning weight at the age of 35 days all have obvious differences. The reproductive traits of S×E、L×E were better than of S× E、B×E. And the L×H were more suitable for binary hybrid as female parent compared with S× E、B×E;We should select S× E as the best combination used for binary goods.2.The comparison of fattening performance of different binary pigsThe body length, height,chest circumference and the leg circumference in 120 d,150d and180 d of Song Er,Lai Er and Ba Er binary pigs have significant differences.The tape measure of different binary pigs in 120 days have significantly differences such as Song Er,Lai Er and Ba Er binary pigs.The growth index of Song Er binary pigs were significantly higher than of Lai Er and Ba Er binary pigs(P<0.05), the growth index of Ba Er binary pigs was significantly lower than of the Song Er and Lai Er binary pigs(P<0.05).The chest circumference of Ba Er binary pigs was up to 172.06 percent,and was significantly higher than of Lai Er and Song Er binary pigs(P<0.05),but the bust index of Lai Er binary pigs was significantly higher than of Song Er and Ba Er binary pigs(P<0.05). while the body Index of Song Er binary pigs was at least 83.58%, significantly lower than Lai Er and Ba Er binary pigs.Different binary pig tape measure at 150 days of age, and body length index of Song Er and Lai Er binary pigs were significantly higher than Ba Er(P<0.05), while differences between Song Er and Ba Er were not significant(P>0.05). Chest circumference index of Ba Er is up to 164.63%, significantly higher than of Song Er and Lai Er(P<0.05), and chest circumference index of Song Er is 155.61%. The body index of Song Er binary pigs was significantly higher than of Song Er and Lai Er binary pigs(P<0.05), while body index of Lai Er pigs was significantly lower than the other two binary pigs(P<0.05).Different binary pigs tape measure at 180 days of age, body length index SongEr,LaiEr and Ba Er binary pigs significantly, Lai Er binary pig was significantly higher than Song Er, Ba Er binary pigs(P<0.05),while Ba Er and Lai Er binary pigs was significantly lower than Song Er binary pigs(P<0.05). Bust index of Lai Er binary pigs are highest, and Song Er,Ba Er binary pigs significantly difference(P<0.05), Ba Er binary pig lowest. Turanose index, between Song Er,Lai Er and Ba Er binary pigs no significant difference(P> 0.05).Song Er binary pigs fattening effect ideal, average daily gain of 524.91 g, SongEr binary pigs average daily gain was significantly higher than Ba Er and Lai Er binary pigs(P<0.01), Ba Er binary pigs pole significantly lower than Lai Er,Song Er binary pigs(P<0.01). Song Er binary pigs feed weight ratio was significantly lower than Ba Er and Lai Er binary pigs(P<0.01), while Ba Er binary pigs feed weight ratio was significantly higher than Song Er,Lai Er binary pigs(P<0.05).3. Comparison of Song Er binary pigs and their parents of the carcass and meat qualitySongEr binary pigs slaughter rate of 73.13%, in the range of 73% to 78% lean 60.19%, in the range of 44.11% ~ 53.11%,meat factor ratio beyond this range. Fat was 19.42%, in the range of 30.09 ~ 37.04 percent, backfat thickness of 28.44 mm, in the range of 34.51 ~ 43.55 mm, suet rate of 2.12%, in the range of 5.3 to 7.19 percent, these indicators are not the type of fat in the data range inside. Eye muscle area of 27.09 cm2, in the range of 11.38 ~ 37.63 cm2; leg hip ratio was 4.12%, the skin was 10.14%, thick-skinned to 4.36 mm. Heart, liver, lung, kidney, stomach accounting carcass weight respectively 0.36%, 1.20%, 1.09%, 0.12%, 0.68%.3.5 flesh, are in the range of 3 to 4 minutes; marbling 2.85 points, range from 3 to 4 minutes; p H1 of 6.13, p H24 6.02, between 5.98 ~ 6.48, no PSE meat and DFD meat; drip loss rate 2.94%, the range is between 1.29 ~1.7%; loss rate of 7.69%, in the range of 5.56 ~ 10.58%; cooked meat was 71.02%; the shear force of 31.9 N. Meat of the indicators are in the normal range.Song Er binary pigs slaughter rate and lean, the parent has obvious heterosis, average backfat thickness Song Er binary pigs 28.44 mm and the parent no obvious heterosis, the parental eye muscle area of high value, and Song Er binary pigs low.Song Er binary pigs marbling compared to the parent, heterosis was negative, did not produce heterosis, which may be Song Er binary pigs high lean pigs are closely related. Color, drip loss and cooking loss on are heterosis, heterosis among the best flesh, high to low order of flesh-colored 4.79 points, 3.16 percent cooking loss, drip loss rate 3.15%, p H24 2.73, it can be seen compared to conventional meat in addition to the parent has increased marbling.
