Cinnamomum camphora is an important kind of timberas, it is also an important kind of economic and ecological trees in tropical and subtropical country or areas. This paper reveals the C. camphora trees seeds phenotypic variation and variation rules, the rules of the morphological structure of C. camphora trees seed and geographic and habitat factors influence on the structure of the seeds.Using variance analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis methods, to study traits,morphology and the response mechanism of habitat factors of 164 C. camphora trees seed from 41 provenances in seven provinces.Results show that the length, width, height of C. camphora trees seed, seed coat thickness, aspect ratio, height ratio, aspect ratio, volume, grains, and the proportion of phenotypic traits in different provinces, provenance and wide differences between the parent makes a difference which the main character of the seeds of length, width, height, volume, and grains.Based on the phenotypic traits, the C. camphora trees in 7 provinces can be divided into three categories, respectively in Hubei, Jiangsu for a class of the northern region of big size provenance;respectively in Jiangxi, Hunan, Fujian and Guangdong for a class of the southern region of medium size provenance; Represented in Sichuan for a class of the western region of small provenance. To seed and zeleny volume as the dependent variable,seed length, height and width as independent variables, build the model. With the increase of altitude, the proportion is smaller and smaller; From west to east, proportion and grain is bigger and bigger; The thicker the soil layer, the seed is higher and higher; isolated wood seeds are thicker than those in forest wood.stand in the thick.Longitude and altitude of the influence degree of the seed is bigger,the latitude and soil thickness is relatively small. In eastern and central regions of seeds significantly than in the west of the big and heavy; The smaller the higher the altitude, the weight of seeds.Seeds in different regions and habitat diversity structure model, central, at an altitude of 500 m and 50 cm soil layer under the above areas, the volume of seeds and grain length, width and height were very significant linear regression relationship and allother parts of the seeds have significant linear regression relationship with volume and grain shape index each are not identical, the east is the seed of the length and height, the south is the length and width of a seed is the width of the seed in the west and the north is the seed of the width and height, 500 m above sea level is the width of the seeds, the soil below 50 cm is the length and the height of the seed.
