Study On Genetic Variation Of Leaf-oil And Its Main Ingredients Of Cinnamomum Camphora (L.) Presl

Essential oil is one kind of plant oil extracted by the root, stem,leaves and fruits of Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl which is now the necessary raw material of chemical industry, medicine,essence,food and national defence,and so on nowadays.This essay has analysed the leaf oil of Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl in its whole distributy area firstly,in order to offer a theory base for the chemistry styles breeding. According to the different target character traits, good provences, families and singles are chosen to offer certain resource base and breeding good asexual ones for the constraction of some spcial bases for the oil produce.All the trees in the test are all 7 years old ,the provence are 43 ones and 2 the other species of Sect.Camphora.The 5 provences where are very far from each other have be analysed by variance in completely random design.There are 5 provences with 50 families in the provence/families test. 15 plants whose single contents are the highest have been observed by moths to summarized the variance rule by seasons.The specific results are described as follows:1 .According to the relationship between the yield of leaves of single plant and the main growing traits,we have gotten a regression equation between the leaf biomass and the bust,that is W=0.9445e0.2107x, the coefficient is 0.98(n=30).2.According to the variation analysis of different provenances,there is most obvious variation among different provenances in the oil percent of the leaves ,the content of cineole and terpineol.There is obvious variation among different provenances in the content of camphora,and no obvious variance in linalool and borneol.Three types of Cinnamomum camphora were identified, 2 singles of Linalool which include 1 who has reached to the international "pure linaloolifera",19 singles of Cineole ,and 8 singles of Camphor.3.According to the variation analysis of different provenances and families, there is most obvious variation among different provenances in the oil percent of the leaves and the content of cineole, obvious variation among different families.
