Carbon is one of the current research focus, it's a study hotspot in the contemporary how to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions and increase the ecosystem carbon, however the phyllostachy edulis percentage is the largest in bamboo recourse, it's an important part of the forest ecosystem carbon-sink and playing an important role in ecosystem carbon cycle. therefore, the paper based on the different origin edulis as the research object in forest farm of Junfushan, Xingguo city, jiangxi province,studying the ecosystem biomass and carbon storage of the natural forest and seedings to provide the guiding for increasing the forest carbon storage,the results showed that:(1)The individual average biomass partitioning of different organs between natural forest and seeding is consistent,the largest proportion is culm biomass,the smallest proportion is leaves biomass,the ratio of aboveground biomass and underground biomass in natural forest is 1.53 times,the seedings is 1.35 times.(2)The partitioning of phyllostachy edulis ecosystem biomass in natural forest is the tree layer(65.40t/hm2)> litter layer(3.99t/hm2)> herb layer(1.83t/hm2);The seedings is the tree layer(54.44t/hm2)> litter layer(3.73t/hm2)> 1.43(t/hm2).(3) The average carbon content is not the same in different organs between the natural forest and seedings,the root's average carbon content is the highest,the natural forest is 52.07% and the seedings is 51.86%;the leaves' average carbon content is the minimum,the natural forest is 46.61% and the seedings is 45.72%.(4)The average carbon content of natural forest herb layer(46.73%)>The average carbon content of seedings herb layer(42.66%);The average carbon content of natural forest litter layer( 45.82 %) > The average carbon content of seedings litter layer(38.92%).under the 0~40cm soil layer,the soil organic carbon content gradually decrease with the deepening of the soil depth in both the two forests,but the soil carbon density is gradually increased. The ratio of soil organic carbon content between natural forest and seedings is 1.48 times.(5)There are some differences in natural forest and seeding's ecosystem carbon storage,the ecosystem carbon storage of bamboo in natural forest(150.813t/hm2)>the seeding's ecosystem carbon storage(114.847t/hm2),the carbon storage of vegetation layer and soil are all higher then the seedings. The ecosystem carbon storage partitioning of two forests is the soil layer>tree layer>litter layer>herb layer,and the carbon storage is gradually decreased with the deepening of the soil depth,which is contrary to the trend of soil density,but the same as the organic carbon content.
