With the development of China's science and technology standard, the facilities and industrialization of traditional flower plant cultivation gets constant progress. China's flower cultivation industry steps in a new stage. The main purpose of China's flower cultivation industry is not only the construction of mordents flower cultivation industry, but also the improvement of international competitive power. That is the important task of China's flower cultivation industry at current stage as well as in the near future.This paper mainly discuss the environment control theory of flower cultivation in greenhouse, and systematically analysis the influence factor in the process of flower cultivation, such as temperature, humidity, sunshine and the potency of CO2.The research on greenhouse control algorithm is based on the analysis of greenhouse's environment characteristic. This paper found out that flower greenhouse environment system has many characteristic such as multivariable, nonlinear, strong coupling and large inertia. The hysteretic nature is also happened in this system so that it is hard to do accurate control by traditional mathematical model. By the reasons above, this control system will mainly take fuzzy control algorithm, and then practice by several technical method for example software programming. This paper analysis and researches the question happened in flower cultivation greenhouse operation with the practice foundation above, and then puts forward the general scheme of design and practice which suitable for greenhouse intelligent control system. This paper completed the design for butterfly orchid greenhouse algorithm, and carried it out by PLC program. This system is made up by the editable controller(Siemens PLC) which has mature technology and HMI which has DA function. The configuration of HMI is carried out by Win CC flexible software. The STEP7 software is used to develop the editable controller. This paper solve the internet communication problem between the monitor layer and control layer by the field bus technology which is based on Modbus. Eventually, this flower greenhouse intelligent control system can realizing several function about the greenhouse environment, such as real-time display, alarm record, user administration and the display of environment important index's trend.This system got debugging operation for some time and showed that it has several characteristics such as high efficiency, high augment ability and high applicability. This paper provides theory and practice foundation for the multiple parameter control of greenhouse environment in the future.
