This article focuses on the design of intelligent micro sprinkler monitoring system lower position machine(intelligent nodes) hardware circuit and software program which is based on CAN bus.The micro sprinkler irrigation control system can not only achieve the required control functions and requirements.The modeling and Simulation of the soil layer humidity fuzzy controller is completed by using the direct reasoning method and fuzzy logic tools.Hardware circuit is mainly composed of I / O interface circuits,the key circuit,a data acquisition circuit,clock circuits,input-output control circuit and a memory circuit,etc.In the practical application,according to the management requirements and control costs,the user can select different control methods,and decide whether to select the corresponding soil layer moisture sensor,to achieve the flexible,practical system configuration.The system has got the test run of the nursery garden in Agriculture and Forestry Department of Loudi Vocational-Technical College.The system is running well,it laid the foundation for the realization of large-scale remote control network.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the on-demand irrigation,systematically make studies the calculation method of crop water demand.The reference crop evaporation less parameter estimation model is used for the calculation of irrigation water supply,this system through the collection will be easy to obtain environmental parameters and precise calculation of crop evaporation,thus scientific guiding irrigation operation process,effectively adjust the layers of environmental moisture condition.(2)Combined with the existing conditions in the region,according to the characteristics of the soil layer,starting from the system functional requirements,the system is divided into five modules,then determine the overall structure of the system.In addition,according to the design principles such as cost accounting,reliability,power consumption etc. we were designed data acquisition module,a control module and data processing module to perform hardware and software systems,which is based on STC89C52 SJA1000 chip microprocessors and CAN bus adapter controller.(3)Based on modular design ideas,each function module of CAN bus communication design,various output control information to receive the controller and the current state of the information analysis prosession,so as to realize the real-time online control of the system.Overall functionality and stability through a test run effect detection system.
