Study On Cultrual Landscape Design Of Tea Garden

In China’s long history culture, there has a tributary of tea culture history for four or five Millennium.It is profound and has a long history. Drinking tea was originated from the shen nung.Tea begins to be discovered and applied as early as in ancient times. At first, tea is just as human’s basic needs when drink or eat.But Historical stages of taking tea as Direct edible food can be traced back to Paleolithic times. With the living Standard Enhancement and the productivity improvement,the purpose of tea gradually changes from edible to medicinal and eventually become the drink.The cultural landscape of tea garden is an inevitable result of the development of leisure economy in modern society. Places of characteristic cultural landscape that incorporates tourist, experiences and leisure are created based on tea culture by employing design methods of modern landscape.The research framework is mainly composed of four parts:the social values of tea culture, essential elements of tea culture, landscape representation and design practice of tea garden. By analyzing the social value of tea culture, unique cultural elements and ecological design ideas are integrated into landscape of tea garden and the artistic characteristics of tea cultural landscape are refined as well. Therefore, this research has great reference value for landscape planning and design of tea plantation.
