Grape is one of the popular fruit that have an extensive cultivation and high yielded in the word, because of its long industrial chain, high market value, among different national producers and consumers are preferent for it. In China, most of the cultivating are middle-late season variety and have a common maturation stage, in order to extend the time of supplying period of fresh grape, studying the apply and spread of off-season culture is meaningful. In alpine greenhouse cultivating delayed culture Grape can supply fresh grape in New Year's Day and Spring Festival, producing well economic and social benefits. However, because of the off-season culture put off the phenology and affect the original pattern of plant, researching plant during the off-season culture cultivation obout the photosynthesis and physiological characteristics, as well as the evaluatio n of postharvest fruit quality, it is of great significance.In this study, different concentrations of methyl jasmonate(0,0.001,0.01,0.1mmol/L) were sprayed on the 3 years old of red globe grape during germination, berry expansion, color-changing period and mature period, also treat the cluster dip in different methyl jasmonate, Then, photosynthetic indexes, physiological index and fruit quality were measured at different growth stages.The main results are as follows:1. After exogenous fertilize of MeJA, the change of membrane permeability is obvious, 0.001mmol/L treatment was significantly reduced the membrane permeability in different phenological and 0.01mmol/L processing was also reduces the membrane permeability in color-changing period and mature period significantly. 0.001mmol/L treatment was significantly reduces MDA content by 22.3%,33.1%,24%,19.6% in different phonological. 0.001mmol/L treatment was significantly enhanced the SOD, POD and CAT enzyme activity(CAT enzyme was not significant in germination) in different phenological, 0.01mmol/L treatment has a extensive affect to protective enzyme activity in different phenological, some significantly enhanced while others were not, 0.1mmol/L treatment significantly suppress the POD activity in color phase(17.8%), and CAT enzyme activity in mature(5.7%).2. After dealing with the MeJA, 0.001mmol/L of methyl jasmonic acid treatment were significantly decreased the content of chlorophyll in different phonological, the chlorophyll a degradation significant and chlorophyll b was not. Different concentrations of methyl jasmonic acid treatment in d ifferent phenological phase, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were lower, 0.001 mmol/L and 0.001mmol/L treatment significantly less than contrast.3. Compared with control, the berry longitudinal and diametre, cluster longitudinal and diameter, single fruit weight has no significant change after dealing with methyl jasmonic acid. the content of fruit soluble sugar significantly increased 11.4% and organic acid lowered 25.2% after 0.01mmol/L treatment, sugar-acid ratio reached in maximum 59, soluble solids content also significant increased 11.5%. The fruit hardness was not significant change in difference treatment. 0.001mmol/L treatment was significantly increased the content of Vc by 22.6% while other treatments was not significant.
