Conservation tillage is a new tillage techniques relative to the traditional plowing, including four basic elements such as straw and remnant stubble covering, no-tillage fertilizing and sowing, the control of plant pests, diseases and weeds, subsoiling. For no-tillage work, there are a lot of straw stubble on the surface, in this case no-tillage planter is easily clogged and not working properly, especially large water content of rice straw in Guangdong, good tenacity, not easily broken, too much straw coverage, almost twice as wheat straw, easily wrapped around the arm of the opener, or aggregate between two working parts, increasing work load, influencing the quality of work. Therefore, research on anti-blocking technology has become the key technology of conservation tillage. There are more parametric study on the structure of the opener now, however, research on anti-blocking performance of a certain opener is less. In this paper, the double disc opener is the main object of study, carry out resistance testing and anti-blocking performance trials of the opener in Guangdong field conditions, then use the discrete element simulation to simulate the working process of the double disc opener and hoe opener, and analyzing the work process and its resistance to soil disturbances. Research and study as follows:1. Since this study is carrying out research on adaptability of no-tillage fertilizing and sowing Machine's ditching parts under field conditions for Guangdong, therefore, require to test the physical properties parameters of the soil in Guangdong field. Experiment site is in Heyuan City, Guangdong Province Lianping, experimental field has been rotary cultivated, the surface is flat. The test results showed that as follows: the soil is loamy clay, rmness is 249.8k Pa, soil moisture is 19.09%, soil cohesion is 70.11 k Pa, soil friction angle is 17.8o.2. Evaluate anti-blocking performance of the double disc opener, experiment site is the grass near the South China Agricultural University, North Gate,there on the grass covered with fallen leaves, and measure opener traction resistance at different depths(3cm, 6cm) and different forward speed(0.2m / s, 0.5m / s, 0.8m / s), the results showed that the case of the double disc opener is good, it does not appear blocked.3. Use the discrete element simulation to simulate the working process of the double disc opener and hoe opener, Soil particles type selects adhered model, using four kinds of particle shape, obtain level resistance of two openers at different depths(3cm, 6cm, 9cm) and different forward speed(0.2m / s, 0.5m / s, 0.8m / s) and its soil disturbance situation.
