China has a large area of mountain resources,use of these resources to fruit forestry,farming machinery energy consumption accounted for more than 50% of the orchard machinery operation energy consumption,while the work of cultivating resistance components is one of the important factors for energy consumption of farming industry.In oreder to optimize the design,improve the efficiency of farming farming parts,and promote the process of Agricultural Mechanization in C hina,the study of farming in the process of cultivating components and soil interaction rules has important significance.Compared with the field test,the laboratory test has the characteristics of controllable soil factors,easy recovery of soil conditions,easy testing of test equipment and repeatability of test results.It has become an important means of performance testing of farming components.At present,our country is mainly large test platform,and the small test bench has the problem of single testing mode.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing indoor farming performance test bench,a small-scale test platform is designed in this paper:(1)To determine the overall structure of farming component test and basic performance parameters design,the test bench has a mechanical part and a control system,wherein the mechanical part comprises a traction drive,four parts,trolley track,tillage soil trough box;control part includes data acquisition system hardware,control system hardware and control software system.(2)Using the Inventor software to establish the three-dimensional model of the mechanical structure of the test bench and simulate the assembly and motion simulation,using AutoCAD software to draw the engineering drawings and processing and assembly.The use of ANSYS software to test the soil tank simulation design calculation and optimization,the results show that in the condition of meeting the strength requirement,groove type soil tank than soil tank material saving 52.97% floor.(3)According to the physical quantity to be detected,the data acquisition card and sensor are selected and the circuit of the data acquisition system circuit control system is designed.Lab VIEW control software development platform based on software design of the test bench,the passive and active components of three tillage tillage resistance tillage working torque,speed and resistance a nd 3D parts test bench speed real-time data acquisition and display,can control the active components of tillage and tillage depth,speed and test speed.(4)The test bench is designed on the basis of experimental analysis on orchard rotary tillage opener optimum working parameters,test results show that ditching power consumption with forward speed,deep tillage depth,cutter speed change is proportional to the ratio of energy consumption with ditching trenching depth increases firstly decreased and then increased,and with the increase of the cutter speed increase,decrease with the advance the speed decreases.(5)The test bench is designed on the basis of comparing the performance of the rotary tillage orchard opener and double shovel opener.The test results show that the ground breaking ability is stronger than rotary type furrower opener and shovel wings,wings shovel opener has more resistance stability characteristics.
