Tea garden cultivation management is an important part in the process of tea production.It is of great significance to improve the quality of tea,increase productivity and reduce manufacturing cost,while realize mechanization management in tea garden.In this paper,under the auspices of research projects of the Ministry of Agriculture welfare(agriculture)industry,it is to develop a suitable machine for tea garden farming mechanization work in China,for alleviating the shortage situation of tea garden farming machinery,improving tea farming mechanization level.The major contents studied are as follows:Taking the current China's tea garden cultivation management agronomic requirements into account,designed the key components: a special tea fields tillage machine gearbox,tillage mechanism,cutting tools.Analyzed the kinematics and dynamics status about tillage mechanism,obtained the kinematics model according to the tip speed of the ploughing tool.Reached the average travel speed of the farming rocker in the preceding paragraph is higher than the one in the after paragraph,which is quick-return motion characteristics.Carried out modal analysis,static analysis through the ABAQUS software,and the results show that no resonance phenomenon would occur when the machine is working properly,and the analysis results of cutting strength can meet the requirements of soil cultivation.Established the solid model without interference in the 3 d mechanical design software Solid Works,imported the Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS),then drew the static and dynamic trajectory curve,the speed curve,the acceleration curve by the virtual simulation analysis.The Swinging Angle of the rocker was measured 40.94 °,which is consistent with theoretical analysis and the established model.Soil constitutive model was established in ABAQUS software.With the modified linear Drucker Prager model,analyzed the change of soil cutting process.Through the post-processing analysis,drew the curve of the soil cutting resistance and the change of kinetic energy and internal energy.Verified the virtual simulation analysis of the farming institutions on the indoor soil bin platform.The results show that the repeated tillage is small considering the soil deformation and damage,the tillage depth stability coefficient is 91.54%,and the soil broken rate is between 70.8% and 72.5%,which is suitable for tea field farming mechanization work.Conducted the three factors three levels orthogonal experiment,which is based on the missed or repeated tillage,breaking rate of soil,the tillage depth stability,power consumption as the test index,and based on working speed,crank rotational speed,buried angle as test factors.The results show that the missed tillage is 6.39 cm,the breaking rate of soil is 68.3%,the tillage depth stability is 92.08%,the power consumption is 0.1149 kW,when the crank speed is 105 RPM,working speed is 0.30 m/s,and the straight angle of crankshaft and connecting rod axis is 45 °,this is also the right high speed operation parameters.And the low speed operation parameters is in the case of what the crank speed is 125 RPM,working speed is 0.30 m/s,and the straight angle of crankshaft and connecting rod axis is 45 °.
