| The wave of urbanization brings considerable pressure to urban living environment and urban residents’ health. To solve these problems, the construction of eco-city provided a basic case and working idea for the city development. Ecological effect of urban wildlife protection criteria and indicators for evaluation, was the basis of the norms of wildlife protection, and necessary to realize the service function of wild animals in the ecosystem.At present, influenced by geographical environment, wildlife species and so on, wildlife conservation evaluation standard and index system were limited to be given in making wildlife conservation plans which provided a logical framework, but the maneuverability of the relevant standard index was still questionable, especially in the construction of ecological cities at present stage, to develop further wildlife conservation evaluation criteria, which was conducive to the protection of the wildlife resources and play its functional role in the ecosystem, was important.Based on the implementation of the ecological city construction- Haizhu wetland ecological restoration project, selecting 16 indicators in wild animals protection, service function and protective effect evaluation of wild animals in the ecosystem, through literature review, expert consultation and field survey, Haizhu eco-city wildlife protection effect evaluation system was established and evaluated by hierarchical analysis and fuzzy mathematics.The result showed that:(1) A total of 7 kinds of amphibians, 9 reptiles, 5 mammals, 64 birds were recorded;(2) 2015 bird species and individual number in different seasons were greater than in 2014, since Haizhu wetland restoration project implemented which launched in 2013, Haizhu wetland bird diversity had been increasing;(3) In the process of Haizhu ecological city construction, the value of wildlife conservation performance comprehensive evaluation was 63. 32 which was in the average level。The Haizhu wetland plant species were unitary. The noise and water pollution in the course of the construction of city had restricted the survival of wild animals. The appropriate control of peripheral building density and plot ratio, visitors, and scientific and reasonable environment renovation, would be conducive to further recovery of wild animal populations. |
